Achievement method
Infinite flexibility is a kind of achievement method based on the law of human motion, and the basic theory and practical principle of the achievement method is the three-circle rule.
Pile frame: relax all over, stand naturally, and relax your hands and hang them to your sides. The word shoulder is flat and hip, slightly wider than the shoulder, and the legs are slightly bent. What you need to do is: empty collar jacking, including chest back pulling, eyes slightly closed, tongue placed on the top of an upper jaw, natural breathing, hands and palms inclined to each other, holding the ball to the point in front of your chest, holding the ball for ten minutes, and keeping your breath.

There is no difference between static work and dynamic work when infinite softening work runs three times. What is required is to do circular motion according to the law of human motion, and to find the combination (soft and hard) changes of internal forces in the motion.
