Secondly, staying up late is also a kind of chronic suicide, which is particularly harmful to the body, such as staying up late and hurting the liver, panda eyes, getting up early and feeling depressed, acne, dark spots, rough skin and many other negative effects! Just like I had pimples on my face before, but I finally got better. As long as you stay up late, you will start to grow again. When you get up in the morning, you will feel dizzy, sleepy and inattentive. Really hurt the body, let the body aging in advance! No matter men or women, try not to stay up late, because it will really bring out some other diseases! However, this habit is not easy to change, so I can only force myself to go to bed early. If not, I will sleep more and change slowly!

The last one was sitting for a long time.
