In particular, the six departments recently jointly issued the Guiding Opinions on Implementing the Strategy of Digital Skills Enhancement to Serve a Strong Digital Economy Province, focusing on 30 advantageous industrial chains and 10 excellent industrial chains in Jiangsu, putting forward 12 specific policies and 4 safeguard measures, and clarifying the training goal of "adding 654.38+10,000 digital skills talents every year".

It is not difficult to see from this series of policy documents to promote the development of digital economy that "Digital Jiangsu" is pressing the fast forward button. However, what does not match the momentum of the accelerated development of the digital economy is that there is still a considerable gap in Jiangsu's digital economy talents, especially high-end digital talents. The survey shows that although Jiangsu's digital economy talents generally show a net inflow trend, the proportion of brain drain in some places is large. At the same time, the overall competitiveness of digital talents is not strong, and there are not many landmark achievements. Effectively accelerating the advanced pace of "digital talents" and improving the level of labor supply in the digital economy have increasingly become the core competitiveness and driving force to promote the development of digital economy in Jiangsu.

Digital economy is a brand-new "ecological circle", so we should have "digital thinking" to cultivate "digital talents". This kind of "digital thinking" does not simply consider problems with numbers, but takes numbers as the core production factors and the digital economy as the engine to systematically allocate resources and reshape value. Looking at Jiangsu's recent work plan, the orientation of "digital thinking" is very clear. For example, "platform thinking" is used instead of "grabbing people's war", and cities with relatively concentrated digital industries such as Nanjing, Wuxi, Suzhou and Changzhou are supported to select talents with the digital vocational skills competition as the starting point, and the digital economy talent market is used as the platform to develop reserve talents in the next step. Instead of "integrated thinking" to "go it alone", we will implement the "Internet plus vocational skills training plan" to support technical colleges and leading enterprises and brand enterprises to jointly build digital skills practice training bases. Instead of "one point, one line", "chain thinking" should be used to build a training mechanism for digital skilled talents, which integrates training, evaluation, selection, use and encouragement, so as to promote the deep integration of skill chain, talent chain, industrial chain and innovation chain. Planting "digital soil" and cultivating "digital ecology" will provide a systematic operation guide and feasible path for expanding the digital talent team.

At present, compared with other fields, the cultivation of digital economy talents is focused. For example, it pays more attention to "filling vacancies", emphasizes "integration of production and talents" and is more eager for "compound talents". In view of this, we should closely focus on the development reality and industrial layout of Jiangsu digital economy, compile the core talent pool and scarce talent map, and lay out the talent chain around the industrial chain and innovation chain. At the same time, we should pay close attention to industrial digitalization and digital industrialization, and cultivate compound "digital craftsmen" with both professional quality and digital skills through practical experience. To promote digital talents to the era of "65438+ million+",we should not only pay attention to the "increment" of academic system training, but also revitalize the "stock" of vocational training; It is necessary not only to increase the "increment" of imported talents, but also to optimize the "stock" of local talents, so as to truly build Jiangsu into a "strong magnetic field" of talents combining far and near.

The 14th Party Congress of Jiangsu Province put forward that "the digital economy should be regarded as the key increment of Jiangsu's transformation and development", and digital talents can be described as the "core variable" in the "key increment". It should be noted that training "digital talents" can't just pursue "digital breakthrough". Whether it is "training 1000 excellent engineers in digital economy every year" or "adding 65438+ 10,000 talents with digital skills every year", we should set clear "digital goals", not only have confidence and expectation, but also see a clear signal that talents are valued: with generous and down-to-earth special policies, we should ensure that the quantity and quality of special talents are constantly rising and climbing to new heights.
