The manufacturers of graphene coatings are concentrated in Jiangsu. As far as I know, the production and research of graphene coating for Huadong Zinc Shield in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province are professional and well-known in the industry. Zinc Shield, together with the research team of Suzhou Institute of Nanotechnology of China Academy of Sciences and Suzhou Geruifeng, jointly released and developed the world's first graphene zinc coating made of pure thin graphene, that is, cold sprayed zinc alkene. Cold sprayed zinc alloy is a green product with low VOC, which has excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for various harsh applications. According to the application of our project, the zinc shield graphene zinc coating has good mechanical properties such as crack resistance and impact resistance, and the construction is very convenient. Roller coating, brush coating and spray coating can be used, and the matching is also very good. It can form a two-layer or three-layer supporting system with sealing paint, topcoat and zinc-aluminum coating to meet the needs of long-term protection and beautiful decoration of our project.
