Remove the roots of mushrooms sold in the general market, wash them, and soak them in a small amount of sake until soft. The sake used is about 5 ~ 6 pairs of mushrooms 180ml sake. The mushrooms soaked in sake are steamed in a small pot with slow fire for about 10 minute. If the heavy flavor can be steamed with salt and pepper, so much the better.
