Breathing and broadcasting practice

The training of broadcasting breath is actually the training of changing breathing habits. For practitioners, it is always a process of breaking and standing. Keeping in good health and practicing qi is for longevity, and practicing qi is for making sound. Proper integration of the two is beneficial to health. Let's take a look at breathing skills and radio exercises with me.

There are some opposite rules in the training of broadcasting voice, whether it is enunciation or breath. We should try our best to relax those organs that we usually use to talk, but try our best to stimulate the flexibility of those organs that we don't use to talk. For example, articulation training emphasizes the independence and flexibility of alveolar teeth, soft palate, upper lip and anterior longitudinal line of tongue. These are all very important skills for broadcasting, but beginners seldom practice when speaking. The purpose is to establish a controlled longitudinal echo wall in the upper part of the mouth, so that the sound can produce natural oral sound. Chin and throat, which are commonly used in speech, repeatedly emphasize to relax as much as possible. To do this, it is inseparable from the cooperation of breath training in broadcast vocal music training. The combined breathing of chest and abdomen in broadcast vocal music training requires relaxing the shoulders, chest and throat with Dantian as the axis, and finally establishing a correct vocal system with two loose ends in the middle. The basic requirements of breathing control: breathe more and use less, in short, it is stable, lasting and free.

First, use the sense of acupoint sliding to stabilize breathing control.

We should fully understand the connotation of breathing. Physiologically, the process of breathing from the nose and mouth to the lungs is called external breathing; The gas exchange between human tissues and cells is completed through blood circulation, which is called internal respiration. On the whole, the breath inhaled by the nose and mouth is finally exchanged by the cells in the body. Breathing is not inhaled from the nose and mouth to the bottom of the lungs, but to the cells of the whole body. In the process of vocal music training, constantly capturing such feelings is of great help to control the breathing state.

When practicing your voice, the first thing is to concentrate. When sitting or standing, you should focus on the lower abdomen (about one inch and three points below the navel) to prevent "the spirit of one thought". How to start? Don't think about it at ordinary times When sitting still, focus on the lower abdomen. If you think about it again, you should put it down and practice it again and again. Over time, delusions will naturally decrease and reach a state of no thoughts. The second is to understand that "the edge of the Du meridian is the meridian", where the Du meridian refers to the middle meridian running upward along the spine in the human body. Internal qi sinks from the abdomen to the acupoint, and then from the tail point (coccyx point) to Jiajiguan point (Shen Xue point) to the upper lip, which is called "Du meridian". Then from the lower lip to the chest to the abdomen, to the perineum, it is called "Ren Mai". Another way is to close your eyes gently and count from one to ten with the method of "counting breaths", which is called "one breath", so that your spirit will naturally concentrate. This is the so-called "heart rate dependence". Zhuangzi's "Heart Breaking Method" explains "Listening to Breath" in this way: Anyone who has a normal respiratory system and no breathing disorder has no sound, but he knows that even deaf people will feel something when their breath comes out-slow or fast, thick or thin, so he says "Listen attentively". To keep the feeling of inhaling and exhaling, inhaling means feeling gas inhaled from the back, inhaled from the capillaries of the whole body, inhaled like smelling flowers, and so on. We learn qigong exercises and practice exhaling and inhaling from the feeling of acupoint sliding, which may make it easier to find the control fulcrum.

Second, let the state relax and become instinct.

The vocal music training of announcers and presenters needs a state of relaxation, which can explain that people's psychology and physiology are fully relaxed (not relaxed), and their psychology and physiology maintain their original natural movement state, which is also a state of normal play. Only by realizing psychological relaxation can the brain maintain a high degree of adjustment ability; Only when the muscle tissue is relaxed, can the sound be made by qi, and all parts move organically, naturally and harmoniously, can the muscles be elastic, so that the sound can be elastic.

First of all, learn an example quoted by Zhuangzi in a foreign article "Sheng Da": A drunk fell into a car, although he was injured, but he was not killed. Because I was drunk and I was unconscious. I don't know if I'm falling, but I don't know if I'm hurt. This unconscious state is "God's perfection". Maintaining the harmony of essence and qi is not among the wise and brave, because wisdom and courage are conscious guidance, while "maintaining essence and qi" is unconscious. Consciously "comprehensive" people have not been violated, and pure and harmonious spirit has not been violated. This is the same as the relaxation and tranquility of practicing qi and returning to nature, and it is a psychological phenomenon in which the subconscious is playing a role. Modern psychological research also proves that the subconscious mind is a powerful load of psychological energy. Secondly, as a short-term phenomenon, "Pigu" is recognized in Qigong. During the period of "crossing the valley", practitioners can not only eat and drink, but also "take a deep breath" with fetal breath instead of throat breath (chest breath). However, there are great differences in the "keeping the orifices" in Qigong. "Heel breathing" is to emphasize inhaling from the heel. And experience these, it has a good reference for broadcasting practice. Thirdly, in the training of broadcasting voice, many exercises are controlled by ideas. Thoughts are highly concentrated and "absorbed" in the heart, thus realizing an "intentional force" that can conduct external qi.

There are many reasons why you can't relax when practicing your voice. First, you don't know how to make a sound, thinking that making a sound means exerting force. The second is psychological tension, such as fear of bad hair and inaccurate hair quality. Third, muscle tissue and vocal organs are not relaxed. This is a habit or a strong right to speak. When we downplay the purpose of practicing vocal music and focus on the cultivation of qi sense and the sliding of acupoints, we will gradually realize it after a long time.

Third, find a spiritual sense suitable for practicing vocal music.

According to qigong theory, the so-called sense of qi is the feeling produced by a series of physiological activities in the human body, but this series of physiological activities is not directly driven by the thinking center, so this sense of qi is the result of spontaneous activities of tissues in the human body. The spontaneous activity of this kind of tissue in the body is also the activity of internal qi, which is characterized by developing along the meridians. The vitality of human life activities is natural and endless, and broadcasting practice has a strong purpose. When voice practitioners find it difficult to master the state, it is helpful to learn from qigong methods to control the achievement method in depth without profound qigong skills. After a period of experience, combined with broadcasting practice, it is summarized as follows? Experience:

Step one, pay attention to inhalation. After training the day after tomorrow, I began to understand that the abdominal wall is still. I gradually realized that the abdomen, shoulders, chest, throat and chin are relaxed, and the "echo wall" of the palate and soft palate is firm. When inhaling, I have to understand that the airflow is slipping from the acupoints, from the person to the Shenting, Baihui to the Jade Pillow and descending along the spine, until Shenshu gradually concentrates in Dantian. In this way, we can inhale like smelling flowers, inhale from behind, and then feel the breath inhaled from capillaries, which is more stable, more lasting and more free. The second step, pay attention to dredge ren meridian, so that the gas root is stable in Tian Dan. In the process of exhaling, the airflow is upward. With the decrease of lung expiratory volume, the control of abdomen should be gradually strengthened. At this time, it is necessary to realize the feeling that the true qi is contrary to the upward exhaled airflow and walks down the meridians step by step. Over time, we will realize that the true qi and the abdominal organs are in a virtuous circle. The third step is to pay attention to the acupoint sliding when exhaling, that is, from Dantian to the fulcrum of the chest, and then to Yu Zhen, Baihui and Renzhong. When the heart is full of qi, it is necessary to enrich the abdomen and supplement the innate qi.

Emotions move from the inside, and voices ring from the outside. Emotion is connotation and sound is form. Emotion leads to heart movement, changes in blood circulation and natural changes in breathing. Master the correct pronunciation method, grasp the theoretical knowledge, and have perseverance to practice. The depth of breathing skills is related to the methods, regularity and persistence of breathing training. Steady strength, persistence and freedom are the three levels of breath control in broadcasting, and it is not a day's work to master the control skills at each level. It is often difficult to correctly grasp the feeling of practicing breath and gradually improve it in a relaxed state.
