First, strict subject responsibility. The legal representative or person in charge of the bathing and pedicure business unit is the first responsible person for epidemic prevention and control, and it is necessary to strictly implement the requirements for epidemic prevention and control and take the initiative to report. Establish and improve epidemic prevention and control mechanisms such as temperature registration, cleaning and disinfection, regular ventilation, garbage disposal and health management of employees, and strictly follow them. Those who fail to fulfill the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control and fail to complete the inspection and filing shall voluntarily accept the punishment and bear full responsibility.
Second, strict inspection. Bathing and pedicure business units shall conduct investigations on employees, and key personnel in home management and those with fever and other symptoms shall not return to their posts. Newcomers and migrant workers must hold negative nucleic acid test certificates within 48 hours. During the business period, employees should carry out inspections in strict accordance with the nucleic acid detection requirements of provincial and municipal headquarters.
Third, strict personnel management. Bathing and pedicure business units should determine a special person to check the consumer's place code scanning code registration, health code, travel code and negative proof of nucleic acid detection, and measure the body temperature before entering the store for consumption. No one is allowed to enter the business premises if the health code and travel code are abnormal, the nucleic acid test is "bright yellow card" or there are symptoms such as fever, cough and respiratory infection.
Fourth, strict disinfection of places. Bathing and pedicure places must be thoroughly disinfected, ventilated and checked for safety before they can resume business. During the business period, it is necessary to increase the number of disinfection and ventilation, prohibit the use of central air conditioning, ensure the cleanliness of the business premises, and ensure good indoor air circulation and ventilation, and make records. Equipped with enough clinical thermometer, disposable medical masks, gloves, disinfectants and other epidemic prevention materials, and the articles and appliances provided for use must be disinfected one by one.
Fifth, strict service management. Bathing and pedicure places should strictly control the number of receptions, and implement current restriction according to 70% of the reception capacity. Changing rooms, bathing areas, shower heads, washbeds and massage beds should be opened at intervals, and public baths, public saunas and steaming rooms should be suspended, so as to shorten business hours and reduce service items appropriately to avoid customers staying for a long time.
Sixth, strict emergency management. Bathing and pedicure business units should scientifically formulate epidemic prevention and control work plans and emergency plans, and strengthen training exercises. People who find red and yellow health codes are not allowed to enter the store and report to the local street immediately. Those with "*" travel code should strictly check the negative certificate of "3 days and 2 tests" nucleic acid detection. When there are abnormal situations in the business premises, it is necessary to immediately cooperate with relevant departments to do all kinds of epidemic prevention and control requirements, and do a good job of control and disinfection under the guidance of professionals.
