Tools/raw materials
1 roll film material, tea, edible flowers and fruits, Chinese herbal medicine, aluminum foil, label cotton thread, paper, nylon net, non-woven fabric;
2. Teabag making equipment, laboratory equipment, heat sealing equipment, code spraying equipment, microwave sterilization equipment, high-temperature drying equipment and conveyor belt equipment; Anti-static work clothes and gloves;
Methods/steps
1, making teabags: prepare raw materials, mix them, and constantly adjust the taste according to the efficacy. Single leaf tea can be purchased directly into the workshop. If it is a mixed formula tea, it needs a scientific ratio. Furthermore, choose the material of tea bag and make the type of tea bag.
2. Selection of raw materials for teabags: Black tea, green tea and scented tea that people drink in bags are generally discarded after/kloc-0 per brew. Because this kind of tea leaves are cut and kneaded in the process of processing and manufacturing, the leaf cells are fully destroyed and form granular or thin sheets, and the effective components in the tea leaves are easy to leach out during brewing. Therefore, according to the needs of merchants, we should buy grade original leaf tea, and then match it with flowers and plants or Chinese herbal medicines.
3. Inspection of purchased raw materials: When raw materials enter the workshop laboratory, the laboratory will assign special personnel to inspect the incoming materials, and timely analyze and record the information and data found in the inspection.
4. When entering the workshop, the operator should wear safety anti-static work clothes and dress neatly, and pass through the workshop air shower room, which is the necessary passage to enter the clean room. The clean air it blows out can remove the dust carried by people and goods, and can effectively prevent or reduce the dust source from entering the clean area.
5. Microwave sterilization and drying of raw materials: the special door for purchasing goods in the workshop enters the sterilization and drying room for incoming materials, so that the moisture contained in raw materials can evaporate quickly, thus achieving the purpose of drying. Performing microwave sterilization, maintaining nutrient components and traditional flavor, sterilizing and drying, and transferring to a raw material standby warehouse;
6. Crushing and mixing of raw materials: the sterilized raw materials are transferred to a crushing workshop for crushing, and then other raw materials are added and mixed by a mixing device; The mixer rotates clockwise to make the raw materials mix evenly and achieve the purpose of scientific proportion.
7. Testing the indicators of the mixed raw materials: the chemist takes samples to control the moisture content, and uses a moisture analyzer to test. After the completion of the test, several indicators will be used as raw material factory test reports for future use;
8. Bagging with an automatic packaging machine: tea raw materials, rolled film, outer bag paper, filter bag paper, label paper, cotton thread and aluminum-magnesium thread are automatically fed into the machine, and the automatic light wave sealing bag is blown out into a package of finished products;
9. After the production is completed, the workshop needs to turn on the ultraviolet germicidal lamp. According to the requirements stipulated in the Technical Specification for Disinfection, the radiation intensity of ultraviolet lamps should be greater than 100VW/cm2 (at the distance of 1m) before sterilization and disinfection can be carried out. Ultraviolet radiation intensity is the most basic factor affecting disinfection effect. When the ultraviolet lamp is turned on, the staff should stay away from the ultraviolet irradiation area to prevent ultraviolet rays from damaging the exposed skin of eyes and face, and do not look directly at the lamp tube to prevent conjunctivitis. After 30-40 minutes of irradiation, it will be closed and wait for the next batch of production.
10. The finished tea bags are packaged at the tail and packed in boxes (into outer bags/cans): The finished tea bags are put into a conveyor belt and sent to another packaging workshop for assembly; Date of delivery to the code spraying workshop for printing; In the plastic packaging workshop, tea packaging is packed with special heat sealing film.
1 1, and then the quality inspector randomly checks the registration materials to check the quality details that have not been noticed in the production process, so it is necessary to point out these details and urge improvement, control the product quality to the greatest extent, and check whether there are defective products in the warehouse.
12. Finally, the warehouse administrator sorts the tea bags into the finished product warehouse according to the product number, production time and QC inspection mark corresponding to the production batch.
Matters needing attention
1, raw materials must be strictly monitored for safety and hygiene.
2, production workshop and packaging workshop must be kept clean, dust-free and cross-contamination.
3. Operators must wear anti-static work clothes and carry out dust removal in the air shower room according to the safety requirements of food and drug production.
