How to make chicken soup with qi and blood?
Method one of enriching blood and benefiting qi chicken soup

Raw materials: black-bone chicken, red dates, shredded ginger, medlar, astragalus, angelica and codonopsis pilosula.

Exercise:

1. Wash the jujube and medlar, and cut the jujube in half! Wash codonopsis pilosula and cut into sections. Wash Angelica and Radix Astragali, and soak them in water with Chinese dates, Lycium barbarum and Codonopsis pilosula for later use!

2. Wash and cut the black-bone chicken into pieces, cut the ginger into pieces, put it in a pot with cold water, and cook the ginger and black-bone chicken together! Raw materials: black-bone chicken 1, yam 1, jujube 10 (dry), 6 grams of salt, ginger 1 small piece, cooking wine 1 tablespoon, green onion 1/3, and appropriate amount of water.
