Xiaoxiang Zengfu Health Park is located next to the East Fifth Ring Road in Beijing. It is a large quadrangle with a villa named Fengdu Jiahe.

Mr. Zeng, a native of Hongjiang, Huaihua, Hunan Province, started a health pavilion with traditional food soft-shelled turtle as raw material. Mr. Zeng himself and his wife, Ms. Yang Xianqun, are both educated youths who came out of Yongzhong Brigade.
