What is Xingyiquan?
Xingyiquan is a family-run boxing method, so it is very suitable for girls and boys with poor physical fitness. By physical fitness, I mean height, weight and arm length.

Xingyiquan is one of the three famous internal boxing (Xingyiquan, Taiji and Bagua) in China, ranking among the four famous boxing in China. Celebrities of past dynasties came forth in large numbers, which had great influence and spread widely.

Through the mutual adjustment of form and meaning, internal and external interaction, the cultivation effect of both form and spirit can be achieved. Xingyiquan, with the aim of strengthening morality, not only has the effect of strengthening physical fitness and cultivating self-cultivation, but also has the effect of actual combat.

Xingyiquan is simple, pure and aggressive, and it is the most intact martial arts boxing at present.

I despise karate very much Karate and Taekwondo are the spread of China Wushu in these places. Come to think of it, karate and taekwondo are only a few years old. Japanese karate was founded by learning China Wushu and combining it with Japanese Wushu. Because of its founder's short time in China, China Wushu is profound and one-sided. Look at the past 5-0 victory of China Kung Fu VS Karate. What is there to learn about Japanese things? ! Now Japan also has Aikido, which is also a move. It's simply a piracy of Tai Chi gentle wrestling, nothing new. ! !
