Do the whole grains need to be dried before they are made into powder?
There are two ways to process cooked grains:

One is a frying machine (similar to frying in a pot at home), which is cooked and processed into powder and drunk with water.

Another method is baking in a special whole grain baking box (this machine is made by a company in Shenzhen called Tong Lei Company). This method is slow, and the advantage is that it is not as easy to get angry as frying. Of course, the baking temperature and time of different grains are different, which should be treated specifically. Nowadays, most of the popular foods in supermarkets are roasted whole grains, mixed together, ground into powder with a mill and then drunk.

It should be noted that both fried and baked food must be preserved, otherwise it is easy to absorb moisture. Also, be sure to cook it, or you will have diarrhea.
