What does Rob Zhi Ming mean?
Zhuge Liang, a native of Langya, Yang Du, was born in 18 1 and died in 234. Zhuge Liang lost his father at an early age and was raised by his uncle Zhuge Xuan. After Zhuge Liang's death, he farmed himself and liked to sing "Fu Liang's Song". At that time, Liu Bei was stationed in Xinye, and Zhuge Liang's friend Xu Shu visited Liu Bei. Xu Shu recommended talents to Liu Bei: "Zhuge Liang Wolong! Is the general willing to see him? " Liu Bei said, "Come with him!" Xu Shu said: "This person can only come to the door and ask for an audience, and he can't be wronged. The general should condescend to visit him. " Liu Bei listened to Xu Shu's recommendation and personally went to Longzhong for three times, until the third force really met Zhuge Liang. Zhuge Liang "strategizes and wins thousands of miles." Historically, "Three Visits to the Cottage" and "Long Zhong Dui" are both famous in China. Liu Bei said, "I am as clear as a duck to water!" " "Zhuge Liang assisted Liu Bei in making suggestions, fighting in the south and fighting in the north, ensuring the country, and sending Dongwu and Sun Quan to fight in Chibi and defeat Cao Cao. From then on, Shu, Wu and Wei San were all under their feet. Zhuge Liang was ordered by the defeated army to help Liu Bei do his best. He really did his best to die.

In the eyes of China people, Zhuge Liang is the embodiment of wisdom. While people admire Zhuge Liang, they are also wondering why Zhuge Liang is so resourceful. In fact, Zhuge Liang is not a "god", but a diligent cloth. After reading The Complete Works of Zhuge Liang, I was suddenly enlightened. Zhuge Liang is good at keeping in good health, and his idea of keeping in good health is deeply reflected in his military strategy and military management works.

According to my research, only the book Jie Zi Pian is a key to study Zhuge Liang's sexual health cultivation. There are two famous sayings in "Jiezi Pian": "Stay away from it quietly". These two sentences became the motto and motto. But ordinary people may not understand the connotation of these two profound health philosophy. In order to popularize and carry forward Zhuge Liang's way of keeping in good health, I will consider explaining the philosophy of keeping in good health. If you are a family, please give it to the same person.

(A) quiet and far-reaching

Zhuge Liang's "Jiezi Pian" said: "A gentleman's trip is to keep in good health by quietness and cultivate one's morality by thrift. If you don't stay in the park, your ambition will be unclear. If you don't have peace, you will not be far away. " Jiezi is not only a godson, but also a summary of Zhuge Liang's experience in cultivating sexual health. "erudite" and "quiet and far-reaching" have become the motto and motto of people of insight to cultivate their self-cultivation. Zhuge Liang's way of keeping in good health is discussed from the theoretical height of keeping in good health instead of specific cultivation techniques and operation methods. According to my reading of the Complete Works of Zhuge Liang, to understand "Jing Yuan", we must do the opposite. Only by understanding "staying quiet and staying away" can we deepen education. Why? Laozi said in Tao Te Ching: "Be empty, be quiet" and "Quiet is the right thing in the world". "Peace is far-reaching", and this kind of "peace" can never be solved in isolation. Lv Chunyang wrote "A Hundred-word Monument", saying "Know your ancestors by moving". Everything in the world is static and relative, and movement is absolute. Static pole moves, cathode is positive, and infinity passes. Only by calming down can we find the source of life and return to the root of life. This is the inevitable law of health maintenance and cultivation, and all life grows in relative movement.

Zhuge Liang made it very clear at the beginning of the book that "a gentleman's trip is to keep in good health by quietness", and in the seventh move, he said: "Governing the country is like governing the body, and the task is to cultivate the mind. ..... rest for survival. " Zhuge Liang extended "keeping quiet for health" to "keeping in mind", "being quiet" and "being spiritual". If we speak more clearly, we will put it into practice and strengthen people's spiritual understanding of practical actions. This is to deepen our understanding of the dialectical philosophy of "static" and "dynamic". There is a Taoist book "Jing Jing" that says: "People can be quiet, and the world is expensive. God will be quiet, but if he is worried, his heart will be quiet and he wants to take it away. I can always forget my desires, be calm, be pure-hearted, and attend meetings ... to get the word. " "Gao Shangyu Huang Yin Shin" says: "Medicine, spirit and qi are the essence of three crystals. ..... Return air mixing, one hundred days. Breathe clearly, the mystery man is born. ..... Everyone has his own essence, which is in harmony with his spirit, and his spirit is in harmony with his truth. " Zhuge Liang said: "Quiet and far away" means to be "in harmony with its truth". "God is born according to form, and God is refined according to qi, never withering, never remaining, and pines and cypresses are green." Zhuge Liang's sexual health cultivation is to "nourish the mind" and "nourish the mind for survival", and "nourish the mind" and "nourish the life" are the fundamental purposes of strengthening the body, eliminating diseases, enlightening and increasing wisdom, and prolonging life. To understand Zhuge Liang's "staying still and staying away", we must rely on circumstantial evidence, and we can only do it externally, so as to truly understand the mysterious philosophical essence of "staying still and staying away". It can be seen that Zhuge Liang's theory of "staying quiet and far away" is profound and profound.

② Rob Zhi Ming

The word "Lian" in "Lian Bo" can be interpreted as "Dan". "Leibo Zhi Ming" can also be interpreted as "indifferent Zhi Ming". From the perspective of historical texts, "indifference" comes from Huai Nan Zi's Annotation and Shu Xun. Zhuge Liang also explained "indifference": "Seeing profit, not greed, not lewdness." "Indifferent to Zhi Ming" said in Confucianism of Confucius and Mencius: "Learn from things". Zhuge Liang is a generation of "wise men" who combines Taoism and Confucianism, and integrates humanity, health, education and enlightenment. The Confucian classic "University" says "learn from the times" and "rule the country and level the world". Zhuge Liang's life, for Shu, is to ensure the security and prosperity of the country and to practice it. Zhuge Liang's thought of "being indifferent to Zhi Ming" is described in eight aspects in "Fifty Articles of Jiangyuan": "There are eight disadvantages in the way of teaching a husband: one day is insatiable; The next day, I was jealous of my talent; On the third day, the letter was sent out; Fourth, expect that he will not be expected; Five days without self-determination; On the sixth day, the sound of dogs and horses; Seven days, treacherous and timid; It' s rude on the 8 th. " The above is Zhuge Liang's concrete solution to "indifference". In Jiang Zhong, he also made a concluding explanation: "It is only one thing to die for the country, not to be greedy for profit or lust."

Zhuge Liang said: "Indifferent ambition" and Confucianism have the same effect. Sima Guang, a great statesman, historian and writer in the Song Dynasty, translated "Wu Ge" into "Ge Sha" in "A Mirror of Capitalism and Tongzhi", which is indeed unique. People living in the world are always tempted by "worldly desires". "Six desires" are lust, sound, fragrance, taste, touch and law, and "seven emotions" are joy, anger, worry, thought, sadness, fear and surprise. "worldly desires" is the source of troubles that lead to greed.

If a person can't resist the temptation of "material desire", he can't achieve the purity of "six" "Six roots" are eye root, ear root, nose root, tongue root, body root and Italian root. If the "six roots" are not clean, we can't let go of "ten thousand sources", that is, "material desire" "Material desire" does not "kill", and quietness and awareness cannot be revealed. According to Confucianism, the first thing to know is to learn from things, that is, to kill things and desire for things. "Tong Shu" says: "No desire is empty, and silence is quiet."

"Indifference" has been discussed on many levels, and then we will explain "Zhi Ming". "Indifferent and clear" pays attention to words, and there are many aspiring note takers. However, it is rare to understand Zhuge Liang's "indifferent to Zhi Ming" from the perspective of health philosophy. I want to understand the theoretical depth of Zhuge Liang's "Zhi Ming" with "stones from other mountains can attack jade". I have sorted out Guiguzi's theory of "keeping ambition" and "keeping ambition", which can be compared with Zhuge Liang's "indifferent to Ming ambition". Guiguzi said: "If you raise your ambition, you will have a good heart." "It is necessary to anticipate his ambition, know the rise and fall of his popularity and raise his ambition, but also observe his safety and know what he can do.

If you don't raise your ambition, your heart is not solid, and your heart is not solid, you can't think. If you don't think about it, it is not true. Without a fierce response, you will lose your will. If you have a weak heart and a guilty heart, you will lose your mind. "Huangdi Neijing" says that "the heart governs the gods". It can be seen that ambition can be prosperous. Zhuge Liang is well aware of this. He bluntly said: "The way to cure the body is to cultivate the spirit. "Rest. An eight-finger Zen poem in the late Qing Dynasty said: "Qingming is in the bow, and the ambition is like a god. "These eight words can also be said to be the summary of Zhuge Liang's life.

The most valuable highlight of Zhuge Liang's theory of "knowing what it is" and "staying away from it" is to implement it in people's actions. Zhuge Liang said in explaining the Yin Fu Jing: "Human nature is the foundation, and people are also scheming, so we should establish heaven to determine people." "Governing the country first" says: "Nothing can be done unless the sky is not born, the land is not long, and people are inhuman." Zhuge Liang's way of keeping in good health is not simply to prolong life and enjoy a happy life. He is a philosopher and saint who knows how to give full play to people's subjective initiative in practice.

A famous philosopher and great prophet in the Northern Song Dynasty said, "Life is precious in spirit." Mao Zedong said: "People should have a little spirit!" Zhuge Liang was brave in practice, devoted himself to serving the motherland, and later died in a bloody battle in Wuzhangyuan. Sima Yi, the opponent who fought against Zhuge Liang, praised Zhuge Liang as a "genius in the world", and the wonder lies in his "ambition", that is, his lofty spirit.
