2. Practice:
(1) Ingredients: grass carp 500g, water 150g, sweet potato powder 100g, egg 50g, salt 10g, sugar 5g, pepper 5g and monosodium glutamate 5g.
(2) Wash the fish fillets and drain the water. Scrape the fish with a spoon, then grab it with your hands and find out the thorns, so that there are fewer bones in scraping the fish. Mix water with sweet potato powder, pour it into the fish, add all seasonings except eggs, break it with a cooking machine and beat it evenly. Then add the eggs and beat well. Fifteen minutes of fish balls, that's all. Start squeezing fish balls. The pot is mostly cold water, and the spoon is dipped in water. They are all cooked on fire after squeezing, and there is no problem in medium fire or fire. When the water is boiling, push the fish balls with a shovel, swell and float, soak and cook for a while.
