Beijing Institute of Certified Public Accountants (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Institute of Certified Public Accountants"), established in May 1993, is a social organization legal person approved by Beijing Social Organization Management Office, and implements industry self-discipline management for Beijing accounting firms, asset appraisal institutions, certified public accountants and certified asset appraisers according to law.

The highest authority of the Beijing AICPA is the member congress, the board of directors and the standing Council are the decision-making bodies, and the secretariat is the executive body. At the same time, in order to fully realize member governance and ensure scientific decision-making, Beijing ICPA has laid a solid foundation for professional self-discipline management in accordance with the principles of specialization, youthfulness and making full use of the intellectual advantages of the industry.

Since 200 1, the Beijing AICPA has actively explored effective ways to build trade unions in non-public economic organizations, and established industry party committees, industry youth league committees and trade unions respectively, forming an effective management model for trade unions to jointly manage and promote industry development.

Since its establishment, Beijing AICPA has been awarded the "First Prize for Industry Work of National Institute of Certified Public Accountants" for many times, the title of "Public Star Unit" in 2002 and the title of "National Advanced Civil Organization" issued by the Ministry of Civil Affairs in 2004.

By the end of 2008, there were 509 accounting firms affiliated to Beijing Institute of Certified Public Accountants, 83 asset appraisal institutions/kloc-0, 2490 certified public accountants/kloc-0 and 3206 certified asset appraisers. In 2008, the total income of the two industries reached 865.438+0.3 billion yuan.

The Chairman shall exercise the following powers:

1. Convene and preside over the office meetings of the Council, the Standing Council and the President.

2, review the relevant documents submitted to the Council and the Standing Council.

3. Supervise the implementation of the resolutions of the Council and the Standing Council.

4. Coordinate the relationship with government agencies and relevant departments.

The vice president assists the president in his work. If the president is unable to attend the meeting for some reason, the president shall entrust the vice president to convene and preside over it.
