Too few clothes are too thin, and the room temperature is too low, which is easy to catch a cold and consume yang. On the other hand, if the clothes are too thick and the room temperature is too high, it will cause diarrhea, the yang will not be hidden, and cold pathogens will easily invade. Chinese medicine believes that "cold is yin evil and often hurts yang". The yang of human body is like the sun in the sky, which gives light and warmth to nature. Without her, nothing can survive. According to the gossip theory, this time it is a complicated divination of mines. In the hexagrams, the top five are Yin and the bottom one is Yang, which symbolizes the birth of Yang. In ancient China, the winter solstice was designated as the second month, that is, the beginning of a year. Twelve o'clock a day, the child is also the time when the human body is born.
Ancient health care attached great importance to the birth of Yang. People think that when Yang is born, it should be carefully protected and nursed back to health, just like farmers' seedling raising and women's pregnancy, so as to make it grow sturdily. The slight cold season is the coldest time of the year. In this solar term, it is necessary to prevent cold radiation from harming the body. At this time, wooden boards or foamed plastics can be placed in front of the wall to block and reduce negative radiation, thus protecting the body from negative radiation.
(6) Life requirements in severe cold season
The weather is cold in the cold season. Due to the strong cold air force in the north, dry air and less rain and snow, most parts of China show a continuous "sunny and cold" trend. People with a history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases should pay special attention to keep warm in this solar term and go out less in the morning and evening to avoid catching a cold. Get up as late as possible in the morning, and you can go outdoors for about an hour at noon or afternoon. Be sure to wear a coat when you go out, preferably a mask, hat and scarf.

Cold in winter can easily make people suffer from respiratory diseases such as colds and coughs. In addition to the cold weather, the air in this solar term is relatively dry, and the average relative humidity during the day is generally lower than 50%. In addition to indoor heating, indoor humidity is often only about 30%. This dry climate will aggravate the symptoms of respiratory diseases.
