Brief introduction of Wuwang scenic spot
The Wuwang Scenic Area is the hometown of Gong Yu, the nine famous mountains in ancient China and the top ten caves of Taoism. The story of Gong Yu's pioneering work is widely known for its records in Liezi and Mao Zedong's quotation in Yishan, Gong Yu.

Yu Gong, the earliest geographical record in China, recorded the artistic conception of many princes lying on their backs. It is called the home of the king because of its mountain shape. Tiantan Mountain, the main peak, is said to be the place where Xuanyuan Huangdi, the ancestor of the Chinese nation, sacrificed to heaven. For a hundred years, it has been regarded as a sacred place for Chinese descendants to unify the world. The famous fable "A Mountain of Yugong" happened here.

King Wu is a Taoist holy land characterized by Taoist culture. Taoism is a religion born and bred in China. It was developed by Huang on the basis of the thoughts of Huangdi and Laozi, and has strong characteristics of Han nationality's thoughts and beliefs. Fairyland is where immortals live. The beautiful prince of Wu naturally became an ideal place for Taoist figures to collect medicine and make an alchemy, cultivate their self-cultivation and seek immortality.

Sima Chengzhen, a famous Taoist priest in the Tang Dynasty, named the famous mountains in the world as ten caves, thirty-six caves and seventy-two blessed places in the Ching Tian Gong Jing. Among them, Wuwangshan is listed as the first cave in the world, and the number of empty days is small, which lays the objective position of Wuwangshan as a cave and a blessed land.

The prosperity of the King of Wu is closely related to the development of Taoism. According to legend, after Xuanyuan Huangdi unified the world, he reunited with the Queen Mother of the West in Tiantan Mountain on August 15, hoping to become an immortal, and built a petition house here to visit immortals from all over the world. Since then, every August 15, good people from all walks of life will gather in the king of Wu. Lao Zi Li Er, known as the originator of Taoism, also went to the King of Wu to practice, and there are still the remains of Lao Zi's alchemy pool in Tiantan Mountain. Famous figures in early Taoism, such as Wang Zijin, Wang Bao, a famous alchemist, Wei, wife of Nanyue, and Ge Hong, a Taoist theorist, all lived in the King of Wu. After the Sui and Tang Dynasties, especially during the Li Tang period, I respected Laozi as my ancestor, took Taoism as the state religion, and ordered all localities to build Taoist temples, which laid the foundation for the development of Taoism. Sun Simiao was one of the famous Taoist priests and physicians in the Tang Dynasty, and was called the king of traditional Chinese medicine. In his later years, he built a house in Cuiwei Temple of the King of Wu, collecting medicine and practicing medicine, saving the world and saving people until he died here. Now Sun Zhenren's grave is still there. Sima Chengzhen, the fourth generation master of Maoshan School in Tang Dynasty, was called into Beijing by Wu Zetian, Tang Ruizong and Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty and received a double reward. Li Longji, Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty, called it the first Taoism in China. In the 12th year of Kaiyuan in Tang Dynasty (AD 724), Sima Cheng was ordered to choose the shape to win and build a temple in Wuwangshan. Later, he sent his sister Princess Yu Zhen to worship Sima Cheng as a teacher and became a monk in the prince of Wu. Since then, Taoism has flourished. In this way, in the decades of the Tang Dynasty, the King of Wu successively built a number of large-scale Taoist temples, such as Faziwei Palace, Balcony Palace, Qingxu Palace, Shifangyuan and Ling Du Temple, which became the center of Taoist activities in China.

For thousands of years, the King of Wu has not only been a place where Taoist figures cultivate themselves, make an alchemy and become immortals, but also attracted many literati to explore and cultivate their sentiments. Li Bai, Du Fu, Bai Juyi, Li Shangyin and Han Yu, great poets in the Tang Dynasty, visited the King of Wu successively. They linger here, leaving many immortal famous sentences. Li Bai wrote in Message Meng: "I would like to spend my leisure time with the immortals in the Temple of Heaven." . Wang Wei said in "Send Zhang Daoshi Back to the Mountain": Wherever Mr. Wang went, Wang visited the Mao family, and his daughter stayed in Dan to drive chickens into the white clouds. Liu Yuxi wrote in "Send my brother to the Palace": The sun sets in the Temple of Heaven, vaguely like a jade well. Looking at the sun at night, the moon is quiet and far away. Yunlu will be a chicken and a dog, and Dan Tai has a name. Since ancient times, brothers have also gone hand in hand.
