Highway maintenance is divided into four categories according to national unity: daily maintenance, regular maintenance, special maintenance and improved maintenance. The daily maintenance we are currently engaged in is to carry out frequent daily operations on highway components (including ancillary facilities) every year according to the needs, with the aim of maintaining the good state and service level of the highway. Daily maintenance projects mainly include: cleaning the road surface and other parts, repairing minor damage and replacing facilities, pruning branches, snow and ice removal in winter, and dual traffic interruption. I think we should do a good job in the daily maintenance of expressway from the following aspects: First, strengthening the preventive maintenance and repair of the pavement, prolonging the service life of the pavement and strengthening the preventive maintenance of the highway are the preconditions for prolonging the service life of the highway and maintaining the good use function of the pavement.
