What does targeted recruitment of civil servants mean?
Directional recruitment of civil servants refers to some personnel recruited by civil servants for specific positions, such as university student village officials, three supports and one support, special post teachers in rural compulsory education schools, and a class of personnel who volunteer to serve the western region, that is, the so-called four engineering personnel.

Those who have completed their studies and obtained corresponding degrees will be employed as civil servants of political and legal organs below the county (city) level according to the targeted units determined at the time of admission.

In order to cultivate applied and compound political and legal talents with high political and professional quality and strong practical ability, the central government decided to reform the enrollment system and talent training mode of political and legal colleges. Since 2008, through the unified examination of civil service examination and entrance examination, personnel selected from retired military personnel and ordinary college graduates have been admitted to political and legal colleges for professional training and study.
