What are the three books on tea science?
There are three volumes of tea monographs: Tea Classic, Eating Tea for Health and Tea Encyclopedia.

The Book of Tea is the earliest, most complete and comprehensive monograph on tea in China and even in the world, and is known as the encyclopedia of tea. The Book of Tea consists of three volumes and ten articles, written by Lu Yu in the Tang Dynasty.

This book is a comprehensive exposition of the history, origin, present situation, production technology, tea drinking skills and tea ceremony principles of tea production. It is an epoch-making monograph on tea science, an incisive agricultural work and a tea culture work.

It promoted the ordinary tea affair to a wonderful cultural and artistic ability, and promoted the development of tea culture in China. The Book of Tea became the first monograph on tea science in the world, which was a great contribution of Lu Yu to mankind.
