4. 17 Practice Diary

Sit quietly for 50 minutes and exercise for 20 minutes.

When sitting still, the chest vibrates and the two arms (mainly the inner side) are numb. The current in the lower abdomen is obvious, and there is a "spot" on the right side that hurts intermittently. There are many thorns in the right armpit and the back of the arm. The area from the chest to the throat lasted for a few minutes, as if there were many ants on it, itchy and painful.

About 50 minutes, the head turns naturally, hands move, then lie down slowly, stretch the neck and thighs (several times), and naturally receive work.

4. 18 Practice Diary

Sit quietly for 70 minutes and exercise for 30 minutes.

Sitting quietly on the sofa today. There is a clear sense of qi in the chest and arms, and a strong sense of vibration in the chest. Hands naturally raise horizontally on the backrest two or three times in the middle. The line between the arm and the chest is obviously connected. Keep your head back and tilt to the maximum angle. I shed tears several times, and I felt that the tears were particularly eye-catching and my eyes hurt. The mouth near the tip of the tongue and throat is numb and has a sense of current. This is the first time that I feel breath in my mouth.

After about half an hour, I slowly returned to the right position, naturally put down my hand, and then slowly felt very calm and happy, and then began to cry uncontrollably, crying loudly and shaking badly. Almost at the same time, I felt my body had a lot of energy, I was hot all over, and I felt a lot of sweat on my back in an instant. This state lasted for a long time, crying nonstop, sometimes feeling calm and sometimes sad. But without thinking. Then he stopped slowly, burped and vomited a big mouthful of white and transparent mucus. This cycle of "burping-vomiting" lasted about 20 times, and I shed tears for a while and gradually calmed down. Relax all over and feel particularly carefree. At the same time, the temperature dropped slowly. At this time, I felt that the clothes inside were soaked and a little cold. Get up naturally after pranayama.

4. 19 Practice Diary

Sit still for 35 minutes and exercise for 65 minutes.

Today, when I sat quietly, I felt very angry. At first, the chest vibration was very obvious, and then my hands, lower abdomen and back were almost numb, and the lower abdomen at the back seemed to be clustered together. When I was breathing, I gave a tight "pull" and let go.

Sit-in is followed by natural mobile work. Stretch the cervical spine and back as soon as you come up, turn back, put your feet on both sides of your head, and naturally pat the spine. I have a distinct sense of breathing in my back. I estimate that this action has stopped for more than ten minutes, and I haven't stopped in this action for so long. Then do "Tai Chi" movements. Twist your body, turn your neck and click. Sometimes the noise is boring and small, but it is obvious when you listen.

About half an hour later, I began to "sing" while doing exercises After singing for a while, I began to "recite the mantra". I chattered quickly, my mind went blank, my hands and feet were still moving, and my mouth kept on. The body was warm, and this state continued until the delivery, only to find that the back was wet and sweated a lot.
