Cheng Kai said his arm hurts.
Last time, I introduced a very important diagnosis point of low back pain. As long as you have chronic low back pain for a long time, there will be obvious pain in that position. This acupoint is the Shen fu point of the bladder meridian of Foot Sun.

Many friends have told me that they have never heard the name of this acupoint. In fact, this acupoint is still so painful, but it is so cold after the pain. That comfortable feeling obviously eased the pain in our waist. In fact, everyone knows that it hurts. When the back pain is severe, you press that acupoint. Although the location of that acupoint is tingling and radiation pain, your low back pain will be relieved soon. Some friends will have obvious fever locally after pressing here, but in the end I also said that an acupoint tube doesn't work? Useful! Is it enough? Not enough!

Why? Because in our meridian theory, we all know a concept called exterior-interior meridian. The bladder meridian of Foot Sun runs along the "land" on both sides of the spine, that is, the muscles on both sides of the waist. That is, the muscles on both sides of the waist are sore, and finally the acupoints of the servant ginseng will be found. And the pain appears on the spine, which we call spinal pain. Which meridian should be used for this kind of spinal pain? That is, the exterior and interior meridians of the bladder meridian of Foot Taiyang are called the kidney meridian of Foot Shaoyin.

The kidney dominates the bone and produces marrow, and the kidney meridian of foot shaoyin "penetrates the spine, returns to the kidney and collaterals the bladder meridian" from the coccyx. "Penetrating the spine" means penetrating into the spine and finally belonging to the kidney collateral bladder. Therefore, this part of the spine belongs to the kidney meridian of foot-shaoyin. The Kidney Meridian of Foot Shaoyin runs downward at the inner side of our thigh root, and then at the inner side of our calf, which is also connected with Achilles tendon and attached to the inner side of Achilles tendon.

As I introduced to you last time, the acupoints for relaxing the kidney stop at the outside of the calcaneus, so when we switch to this part attached to the inside of the calcaneus, there will be acupoints for the kidney meridian with insufficient yin. What acupoints? It is the well-known Taixi point, which is the beginning of the kidney meridian. The distance from this position to the sole of the foot is about three inches, and the position directly down one third is called Shuiquan point.

The midpoint between Taixi point and Shuiquan is in the direction of Achilles tendon, and the point at the front edge of Achilles tendon is called Dazhong point. This position is just in front of the Achilles tendon, which is also a very important stress point of the human body and the collateral point of the kidney meridian of Foot-Shaoyin.

Remember when we talked before? We talked about entering the collaterals after a long illness. Not the collaterals, but the abnormal changes around the collaterals, which are visible to the naked eye on the epidermis and within reach. Judging the excess and deficiency by the degree and color of these blood vessels.

Our body has 12 meridians, and each meridian has its own collaterals. That is to say, in many specific parts of the human body, there may be floating collaterals, swelling, cyanosis or dryness and dullness, so this specificity is manifested in specific parts, and we can diagnose specific diseases. Since the big clock is the collateral point of the kidney meridian of foot-shaoyin, will there be blood stasis in this part? The answer is, of course, yes.

In this photo, we can see that the stagnation of collaterals is clearly visible around the clock, which will lead to backache.

If you look pale, dry and dull, it often means that there is no blood supply in that place, and there is a phenomenon of weak blood, such as osteoporosis and bone pain caused by excessive deficiency of qi and blood. And if we see the phenomenon of congestion and bruising in this part, it must be blood circulation disorder and local blockage, which is what we often call meridian stasis.

So what should we do? We have taught you how to stimulate meridians by pressing needles. Then we don't need that method today, because it is the point of Neiguan, which has an effect on regulating heart function and mental function.

Today we will use the point kneading method. In daily health care, if symptoms appear on the "skin", we will massage ginseng. If it appears inside, in the position of spinal pain, then we will rub the big clock inside. What is the specific method?

We put the thumb on the outside, the index finger and the middle finger on the inside together, and clamp the outside and inside of the heel. Note that the outside is low and the inside is high. After rubbing the corresponding acupoints on both sides, tingling and soreness began to appear. Not only the appearance, but also the inside.

Try to see if you have lumbar disc herniation and see if there are any bone changes in your spine, including spinal stenosis and other problems. If you look at your inside, it will be very painful, and your internal vein will be very swollen and stagnant. Then, if the two acupoints are matched together, will it solve our back pain and solve the problems of muscle pain and bone pain?

This is a great combined treatment of exterior and interior meridians in our meridians, but there is a clear division of anatomical parts or treatment parts between them. Understand this truth, when do we choose what kind of acupoints, is it clear in our hearts? Using the right acupoints will achieve very fast results.
