How deep is the soil planted with Fu Guizhu's roots?
In the process of soil cultivation, the buried depth of Phyllostachys pubescens should be controlled at 4~5 cm. Too deep or too shallow will affect the growth and development of bamboo roots. The soil is nutrient soil rich in humus, and the growth temperature is controlled between 22-26℃. During maintenance, be sure to do a good job of ventilation and moisturizing.

1, root depth

When Fu Guizhu is buried, the rooting depth should be about 4~5 cm as far as possible. If the rhizome depth is too deep, the subsequent growth and development speed will obviously decrease, while if it is too shallow and the colonization is relatively lacking, Fu Guizhu may fall down.

2. Soil conditions

Before soil cultivation, it is necessary to choose soil conditions conducive to bamboo growth. It consists of humus soil, peat soil and sandy loam. Ensure that the soil is full of nutrients, loose and breathable, and well drained. A small amount of base fertilizer can be added to the soil to promote the more vigorous growth of Phyllostachys pubescens.

3. Growth temperature The soil temperature environment of Fuguizhu is between 22℃ and 26℃, and Fuguizhu grows rapidly in this temperature range. The tolerance to severe high temperature and low temperature weather in winter is very poor, especially in winter, and the room temperature must be stabilized above 5℃ in the process of burying to avoid growth discomfort.

4, ventilation and moisturizing

Ventilation and moisture retention are also very important for the rich bamboo cultivated in the soil. High-quality ventilation conditions can effectively avoid the invasion of germs and pests, adjust the temperature and properly spray water to ensure the soil is slightly wet, which can make the development of Fu Guizhu safer and more comfortable.
