Materials:

Kelp: Appropriate amount

Sparerib: 500g

Ginger: Right amount.

Salt: the right amount

Cooking wine: moderate amount

Clear water: right amount

Steps:

Wash the ribs, put them in the pot, add water, boil them over high fire, and skim off the foam.

Take out the cooked ribs and rinse them with cold water for later use.

Soak kelp with clear water, and the soaking time depends on the size and hardness of kelp, which usually takes 2-3 hours.

Wash the soaked kelp and cut it into blocks of appropriate size for later use.

Slice ginger for later use.

Put the cooked ribs back into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, add ginger slices and cooking wine, boil over high heat and turn to low heat for 30 minutes.

Put the cut kelp into the pot and continue to cook for about 10 minutes.

Add a proper amount of salt, stir well and turn off the heat.

Precautions:

In the process of cooking ribs, we should pay attention to skimming the floating foam to ensure the clarity of the soup.

Kelp will absorb a lot of water during soaking. Pay attention to the amount of water when cooking to avoid the soup being too thick or too thin.

When adding salt, it should be adjusted according to personal taste to avoid being too salty.
