Ji Xianlin, a master of Chinese studies, doesn't exercise, is picky about food, and doesn't whisper. He lived safely to 98 years old.
With the improvement of economic level and social progress, people are also pursuing the improvement of their quality of life. For the elderly, improving the quality of life lies not only in material things, but also in mentality. Therefore, in today's fast-paced society, young people have learned to decompress, and the elderly have learned to preserve their health. The times are developing faster and faster, and people's average life expectancy is getting longer and longer. In order to ensure health and longevity and happiness in their long old age, the old people not only learn to keep in good health by themselves, but also teach their children how to protect their bodies. Sometimes, the art of keeping in good health for the elderly really makes sense.

Speaking of providing for the aged, Mr Ji Xianlin is very famous. Many people have heard of Mr. Lin's reputation, not because of his "three noes" regimen, but because of Mr. Ji's achievements in his life. He is a national treasure master of our country, with lifelong achievements. But when it comes to spare time, the "three noes" regimen that Mr. Ji Xianlin insisted on in his later years is also worth learning.

Mr Ji Xianlin was born in a rural area in Linqing. When he was born, his family was poor, and it was difficult to grow up because of lack of nutrition. His father has no special skills and has been relying on his uncle who works in Jinan for help. However, after his uncle won the lottery, Ji Xianlin's family changed. After winning the lottery, my uncle gave Ji Xianlin's father some money. Unexpectedly, Ji Xianlin's father, because the money naturally floated, abandoned Ji Xianlin's mother and son, left a divorce agreement and went to Jinan to buy a big house alone.

At that time, Ji Xianlin was only three years old, and his mother had no education. She had to work in the countryside to support him. Unfortunately, Ji Xianlin's mother died because she was too tired, so Ji Xianlin had to look for her father to raise her. It's a pity that Ji Xianlin's father was too lazy to work, and soon he was idle and even had no money for medical treatment.

Ji Xianlin's father died at the age of 1 1, so he had to use the money from the lottery to find his uncle who had a successful business. Ji Xianlin, who defected to his uncle, lived an easy life. His uncle treated him like his own son and sent him to a private school. He also met a teacher who taught himself German. Ji Xianlin worked hard to finish high school and was admitted to Tsinghua at that time. Unfortunately, the good times did not last long. A few years later, my uncle was on the verge of bankruptcy due to inexperience. 1935 before bankruptcy, my uncle sent Ji Xianlin to study abroad.

After studying abroad, my uncle's side went from bad to worse, and soon he went bankrupt and his health was not as good as before. My aunt works every day to remit money to Ji Xianlin, who is far away from home. Ji Xianlin studied hard abroad and learned several foreign languages when the economic situation was not rich. Finally, Ji Xianlin returned to China as a professor at 1946. After returning to China, Ji Xianlin was highly respected. 1956 Member of Philosophy and Social Sciences Department of China Academy of Sciences.

Unfortunately, in that special era, Ji Xianlin was brutally persecuted by some malicious people and had to go to the countryside for trial, burying all his talents. After the special era passed, Ji Xianlin proved his innocence, cleared his shame, and resumed his post as a professor of Peking University, vice president of Peking University and vice president of China Foreign Literature Association. Since then, Mr. Ji's life has experienced ups and downs, and he devoted his life to Buddhism research and his beloved career until his death due to illness in July 2009.

Although Mr. Ji Xianlin's life was not so rough in his later years, his health began to go wrong again. Because of the blows and persecution suffered in previous years, the injuries suffered during that time could not be treated in time, and Mr. Ji's body left the root of the disease. Although the doctor nursed him back to health later, it was too late. He was often ill and always felt unwell.

For Mr. Ji Lao in his later years, this may be regarded as a minor disaster and pain, but throughout Mr. Ji Lao's life, what is this disease for him? Moreover, although Mr. Ji Lao had a rough life in his later years and suffered from illness, his mentality was still optimistic. Even during his persecution, he never lost hope in life.

Perhaps life is too hard, and Mr. Ji has become his own sun. In his diary, it is hard for people not to laugh. He can find new fun every day. His life is colorful, as if he were like ordinary people, and as if he were very different from ordinary people. Perhaps it is precisely because of this mentality of Mr. Ji Lao that the regimen he invented in his later years delayed his illness and made him live to 98 years old.

The regimen invented by Mr. Ji Lao in his later years, commonly known as the "three noes" regimen, is very simple and can be done by ordinary people. The so-called three noes: no exercise, no picky eaters, no muttering.

By not exercising, I don't mean not doing any exercise, but excessive exercise, such as not doing strenuous exercise. Mr. Ji Lao thinks that exercising the brain is more important than exercising. For him, agility is the most important thing. The brain controls the whole body, and only when the brain is flexible can the whole body be flexible. And if the brain is slow, the whole body is slow.

Mr. Ji Xianlin is not picky about food, but totally opposes the view that some health experts should avoid certain foods. He thinks that the older people are, the more they need balanced nutrition. If they don't eat certain foods, they can't get a balanced intake of nutrition. Last but not least, it is the hardest step for the elderly, which is also related to Mr. Ji's optimistic attitude. He believes that the elderly should stop thinking about the unpleasant things that make them struggle. As qualified old people, they should know how to let go of the past and look forward to the future.

In fact, in addition to these three noes, Mr. Ji Lao has two good things: a good study and a good cat. These two points are actually very easy to understand. Mr. Ji Lao has been engaged in literary creation all his life, and reading is essential for him. In his former residence, you can also find his study full of books. Mr. Ji Lao, who was good at raising cats, lacked family companionship in his later years, and his wife died. Because he gave his wife a funeral and made bad friends with his son, his daughter was busy with her own career and seldom visited him. Cats are Mr Ji's only spiritual comfort.

Most of the old people nowadays are lonely. Children are busy working outside, so it is difficult to spend time with their parents. If the old man is willing to keep a pet by his side, he won't be so lonely. Mr. Ji's regimen is actually very suitable for most people. Through the way of keeping in good health of Mr. Ji Lao, we can generally see how peaceful Mr. Ji Lao is in his later years, which also shows that any health care can not be separated from a good attitude.
