He Pu People-He's "Three Links"
He Puren has been engaged in acupuncture clinic for more than 50 years. On the basis of practical experience, he made a thorough study of internal difficulties, comprehensively investigated A, B and other acupuncture works, and constantly summarized and improved them, and selected three kinds of acupuncture therapies from many acupuncture therapies, which Yu Yu named "Three Links Method". That is, the "micro-pass method" based on filiform needle needling; The "warming-up method" based on fire needle and moxibustion; The pricking and bloodletting therapy, which is mainly based on the triangular needle method, is called "forced menstruation"?

Although the cause is seven emotions and six lewdness, food fatigue, traumatic injury and so on. In the development of any disease, qi stagnation is an insurmountable main pathogenesis, so it is called "qi stagnation and many diseases". Stagnation of qi leads to illness, and the regulation leads to recovery. The essence of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment is to regulate qi movement and make it smooth, so as to achieve the purpose of treatment. In order to give full play to the role of acupuncture, people have made a lot of improvements on traditional therapies such as filiform needle, fire needle, moxibustion, cupping and bloodletting. Take its essence and bring forth the new. Many acupuncture therapies are summarized into three unique acupuncture therapies: micro-communication, warm communication and strong communication. Clinically, the organic combination of these three therapies for syndrome has a good effect on regulating qi and treating diseases.

First, what is the "communication" of acupuncture and moxibustion three links?

"Communication" means connection, which means there is no obstacle from one end to the other, and "communication" means unobstructed, which means communication, handover and collusion. (Cihai). As a way to maintain the normal life activities of human body and ensure the harmony and unity of the internal and external environment, the meridian system has played an important role, just as "On Ling Shu Hai" said: "the twelve meridians's husband belongs to the viscera inside and the limbs outside". "Lingshu Ben Zang" also said: "People are meridians, so those who are active in qi and blood will benefit yin and yang, nourish bones and muscles and joints." Meridian runs qi and blood in human body, connecting viscera, connecting up and down, and communicating inside and outside, everywhere. At the same time, the meridians outside and inside the hands and feet are connected in a certain order, so that qi and blood flow back and forth and circulate endlessly. This is the function of "communication" of meridians and is the basic physiological feature of human life activities. The occurrence of diseases is precisely the destruction of this physiological function, which shows the appearance of exterior or interior or viscera or fu organs, and the meridians and qi are blocked and the operation is not smooth. For example, in the Theory of Regulating Classics, it is said that "all diseases are caused by disharmony between qi and blood", and Sun Simiao also pointed out in Qian Jin Fang that "all diseases are not diarrhea due to stagnation of qi and blood." Although the clinical pathological changes are varied, the causes are different from exogenous pathogens, internal injuries and food fatigue, but in the final analysis, there is only one pathogenesis, that is, the circulation of qi and blood in meridians is not smooth, and even many diseases such as pathology, qi stagnation and blood stasis appear. Therefore, there are various methods of acupuncture. Although the means are different, it is the same to make the meridians unblocked. The ultimate goal of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy is to restore the function of "dredging" the channels and collaterals, so as to achieve the effect of "dredging", as pointed out in "Nine Needles and Twelve Elements of Lingshu": "We should dredge the channels and collaterals, regulate their blood gas, and hold a meeting for their access ..." This is the fundamental mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, with "dredging" as the method and using it wisely. Only Tong Can reconciles Yin and Yang, and only Tong Can strengthens the body and eliminates evil spirits, and supplements deficiency and reduces excess to achieve the purpose of treating diseases. As Gao Shizong famously said in Su Wenzhi's Interpretation: "But the methods of communication are different. Regulating qi and blood should be harmonious and communicated; Those who oppose it will make it rise, and those who are in the middle will make it pass; Deficiency helps it, and cold warms it. It's nothing more than a general method. If you want to vent the following, it is innocent. "Based on communication, it is the essence of acupuncture academic thought.

Second, the three basic laws of acupuncture micro-communication, warm communication and strong communication? Acupuncture therapy, which originated in ancient Bian Shi and Jiuzhen, has developed from generation to generation and has various names. So far, there are dozens of acupuncture methods or moxibustion methods based on meridian theory. Among the various acupuncture methods I have mastered, I have selected and summarized three basic laws, which are called "acupuncture three links". The academic characteristics and essentials of the three basic laws of micro-propagation, warm propagation and strong propagation are further expounded.

1. Micro-pass method: Micro-pass method refers to a kind of acupuncture method mainly based on filiform needle acupuncture. It is of far-reaching significance to call the most commonly used and basic acupuncture method in clinic as micro-pass method. First, judging from the needles used in micro-needling, it was called "micro-needling" as early as Neijing, and the word "milli-needle" was recorded in Lingshu Nine Needles and Twelve Yuan, and its profound connotation lies in the subtlety of milli-needle. The application of filiform needle, from holding needle, inserting needle, guiding needle after inserting needle, supplementing needle and reducing needle, to retaining needle and taking needle, has high technical requirements and many specific methods. However, the most important and crucial point is to heal the disease and nourish the mind. After acupuncture, it is necessary to achieve "qi", even if acupuncture reaches "qi". Practice has proved that whether you can get qi after acupuncture is the key to achieving curative effect, just as

2. Warming method: Warming method refers to acupuncture moxibustion based on fire needle and moxibustion. "Fire needle" is not only the name of needle tool, but also the name of a kind of needle technique. From the needle point of view, fire needle is the "big needle" among the ancient nine needles, and its shape and use have been discussed in Ling Shu's Nine Needles and Twelve Origins, On Nine Needles, Official Needle and Su Wen Jie Zhen. From the point of view of acupuncture, fire needle acupuncture is a method to burn the needle red with fire and then quickly pierce a certain point or part of the human body to achieve the purpose of treatment. In this sense, fire needle is also called "burning needle", "burning needle" and "white needle". For example, Guan Zhen said, "Every needle is very important, and every needle has its own function." According to the different lengths of nine needles, Lingshu Guan Zhen also said: "Each needle has nine needles, which should be changed by nine ... On the ninth day of leaf needling, leaf needling and burning needling will cause joint pain." In Treatise on Febrile Diseases, Mr. Zhong Jing elaborated on the application of fire needle, and in the Tang Dynasty, Sun Simiao followed Fang and later elaborated on the application of fire needle. Wang Song's Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion; Wu's Acupuncture Collection; Many ancient medical books, such as Yang Ming Ji Zhou Acupuncture, have special discussions on fire acupuncture therapy, which shows the important position and practical value of this method in acupuncture therapy. Yu has devoted himself to the application and research of fire acupuncture therapy since 1950s. Fire acupuncture and moxibustion therapy are also called "warm therapy", the key of which lies in "warm", and the advantages and characteristics of these two methods lie in their "warm" stimulation. Su Wen's tone manager said: "Man's master is blood, which is the ear of qi", and he also said: "People with blood like warmth but hate cold, and cold can't make you cry, so the warmth will disappear", and Su Wen's theory of eight righteousness even pointed out that "People with blood is the god of man", qi and blood are the motive force and source of human life activities, and the method of warming and warming relies on fire needles. By opening and closing and dredging the veins, the fire can not only replenish deficiency, but also "open the door to eliminate evil" and even "induce heat with heat", so that the fire can be depressed and diarrhea. This is the unique effect of fire needle and moxibustion. ?

3. Force-dredging method: "Force-dredging method" refers to the method of bloodletting mainly by pricking the collaterals with three ridges. Triangular needle is the "front needle" among the nine needles recorded in Ling Shu Jiu Zhen Shi Yuan and other articles, which is specially used for pricking collaterals and bloodletting. Collateral puncture and bloodletting are also widely used and unique traditional acupuncture methods in acupuncture therapy. I named this acupuncture method "Tong Qiang", which also has its academic value. "Strong" has the meaning of reluctance, compulsion and compulsion, and it also has the meaning of being powerful. This method is to use a special needle stronger than filiform needle, such as triangular needle, to puncture blood collaterals at a certain point or body surface of human body, to force bleeding and release a small amount of blood, so as to achieve the method of treating diseases. This method has been valued by doctors in past dynasties. There are about 40 articles about pricking collaterals and bloodletting in Huangdi Neijing, which have been recorded by later doctors, not only in acupuncture monographs, but also in other famous doctors' works, such as Song's Yao Shu. Zhang Congzheng, one of the four masters in Jin and Yuan Dynasties, wrote Confucianism and Family Relations. Li Dongyuan's theory of spleen and stomach and his disciple Tianyi Luo's book of health preservation have also been applied in Mongolian and Tibetan medicine of ethnic minorities in China. This also fully shows the practical value of pricking blood therapy. The key to the effect of bloodletting therapy lies in the word "strong" Through ingenious means, the blood is forced to leak out, stab out, and quickly, so that evil can flow out with the blood, remove blood stasis and dredge collaterals, and make menstruation smooth and nourish blood smooth, so as to achieve the purposes of purging pathogenic heat, removing putrefaction and promoting tissue regeneration, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, waking up, enlightening, calming the nerves and calming the mind. The method of "forced communication" is applied to the treatment of various clinical diseases, especially in the first aid of some critical diseases, which can often have an immediate effect. ?

Today, with the rise of life science, the quality of human life and survival has been improved, and the research on common diseases, frequently-occurring diseases and difficult and serious diseases that seriously threaten human health has been strengthened. The further development and application of acupuncture therapy has attracted the attention of medical circles at home and abroad. Inheriting, excavating, sorting out, innovating, popularizing and applying is really a move to promote the academic research of traditional Chinese medicine. Through in-depth research and continuous improvement, it has achieved good results in serving human health.
