The total scale of China Life Pension Fund is 20 billion yuan, and the first phase is 654.38+000 billion yuan. China Life Health Industry Investment Co., Ltd. is a professional investment management company under China Renshou Group, which is initiated by China Life and co-funded with China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. The fund focuses on investing in the pension industry, including industrial assets such as CCRC pension community, medical complex in urban core area, boutique pension apartment, and resources such as high-quality rehabilitation, medical care, hospitals, health care big data, health industrial park and science and technology network in the upstream and downstream of the pension industry chain.

During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the strategic layout of China life pension investment gradually landed. At present, China Life has invested and built a number of large-scale pension communities in Suzhou, Tianjin, Hainan, Chengdu and other places, and created high-end composite pension community products with the brand of China Life Jiayuan in the market;
