Braised sea cucumber Dongpo meat

Ingredients: 5 sea cucumbers, 300g pork, onion 1 root, ginger 1 5g, spinach 1 teaspoon, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 80ml soy sauce, 0/4 tablespoons salt, and 0/tablespoon cooking wine.

Exercise:

4. Wash the spinach, cut it into sections, stir-fry it over high fire, code it at the bottom of the plate, and code the sea cucumber and pork.

Dry sea cucumber's bubble method:

1. Cover the pot with a non-greasy cover, drain the water and sea cucumber, wait until the water boils, stop fire and let it stand for a day and a night, then pour out the water the next day and wash your life. Cut the abdomen vertically, take out the internal organs and rinse it clean.

2. Put water in the pot, put the sea cucumber on the fire, wait for the water to boil and cease fire, evaporate with waste heat, once in the morning and once in the evening, and repeat for seven days.

3. Cut the sea cucumber into pieces with an oblique knife, onion 1 root and ginger 15g, put them in a pot, add water and boil for 20 minutes, then use.
