Speaking of straight boxing, everyone is familiar with it. Throughout the world, almost all countries have straight fists. In the boxing field, the utilization rate of straight boxing is higher than any other boxing method. Straight boxing, like a gun in a weapon, is the king of weapons, while straight boxing is the soul of boxing.

The unique advantages of straight boxing, such as simple action, fast speed, deep and thorough strength and wide range of attack, make straight boxing the first choice for boxers, whether in the ring or on the street.

As a straight boxing in track boxing, its action appearance seems to be similar to boxing Sanda. But in track boxing, its strength, technology and actual combat style are unique. Track boxing has a rhyme:

The center of gravity should be far in front of the hand, and the lifting frame should move.

Natural preference to take the lead, making trouble is not the first. The force of straight boxing is nothing more than "trajectory compound" and "three-circle force method", which is also the basic principle of track boxing force. The so-called "trajectory compounding" means that when the force is exerted, the shoulders, hips, body and hands are all circles in the same direction, which conduct and interact with each other to realize the layered superposition of forces. The so-called "three-circle force method" means that a complete and independent force method should be 65,438+0,080 degrees of continuous three circles, starting from a vortex, forming an ellipse by potential force, and then recovering from a vortex. The first vortex ring is the starting ring, which creates momentum for the engine and forms enough power; The second ellipse is the exertion of strength, that is, the external expression of strength such as punching and kicking; The third vortex is the recovery coil, which can reset the action and reduce the potential.

Many people are opposed to the three-lap force method. In fact, a correct and complete launching process can be analyzed by three-circle launching method. Many kinds of boxing have similar training methods, but their names are different. For example, xingyimen has the word "bundle" and psychological boxing has the word "entanglement", in which "bundle" and "entanglement" are similar to the starting circle of three-circle force method, "dispersion" and "practice" are similar to the second ellipse, and "entanglement" is equivalent to the retrograde braking of track boxing footwork. Only when "binding" and "wrapping" are sufficient can "exhibition" and "training" be faster and more ruthless, and the greater the force will be. Its root is just a principle of gaining power, generating power and accumulating strength. Practice steps of straight boxing:

1, control trajectory. As shown in Figure 5, stand well and follow the vertical circular trajectory of forward, downward, backward and upward, so as to be slow, natural and smooth, and the arms are not stiff or tight, and the shoulders, elbows and wrists actively participate in the exercise to make the whole arm move. Practice both front and back hands, alternating left and right. After proficiency, you can gradually speed up your running, but you should pay attention to fast but not chaotic, fast but not stiff, and you can practice alternately in small circles and big circles.

2. The trajectory of posture. Sit in a chair with the palm of your right hand on your chest and the palm perpendicular to your body (Figure 6). Doing forward vertical turns requires slow, smooth and natural movements. If your hand moves along the forward vertical circular trajectory as a reference, then the trajectory of your body is right. When you are proficient, you can take your hands off and do it directly with your body. In this exercise, we must pay attention to the relative fixation of coccyx and cervical vertebra, and do it with the whole spine in the middle section, so as to really shake the spine, otherwise it will become a simple leaning forward and leaning back.

3, skill trajectory compound, as shown in Figure 5, stand well, add the trajectory of posture to the trajectory of practice technique, and hold hands with your own body. At this time, we should pay attention to the difference of transmission ratio between the attitude trajectory and the control trajectory caused by different radii, that is, the body and the hand are always half a beat apart, the body holds the hand, and the origin of the hand comes back, forming a confrontation. Repeated practice also requires slow, smooth and natural, and careful understanding of the accuracy of skill track combination, so as to achieve continuous penetration from the body to the hands.

4. Close-fitting boxing practice. This step is the key to straight boxing. If you realize that no strength comes from the body and strength comes from the spine, then the straight fist will never get into the door.

As shown in Figure 7, when standing upright, the right hand naturally holds the fist on the chest, and the left hand is about 10- 15 cm in front of the right hand. Then, according to the flow of the three-circle force method, the body will start with a vortex circle, then throw it forward, driving the right fist to hit the left palm short and forcefully, and then reset. At the beginning of the exercise, the starting circle can be drawn a little bigger and slower, and the vortex circle that begins during the movement must be drawn. After proficiency, you can gradually narrow the starting circle and accelerate it until you complete the whole force process within one-third of a second.

Pay attention to the sudden stop of action. If the strength is correct, the right fist of the left hand will make a clear and loud sound.

After the close-fitting boxing force reaches the standard, you can try to gradually leave the boxing body and use your posture to drive your arm to do short boxing force until your arm is completely released, so you can basically master the force mode of straight boxing.

5. A complete straight punch, as shown in Figure 5, with the hind legs touching the ground and the center of gravity moving forward. The posture starts from the vortex and swings forward hard. The forehand vertical circle is driven by posture, and the punch is suddenly tightened in place, and the body center of gravity is constrained by the front foot. At this time, the body has recovered, the body and hands are struggling, and the front legs and hind legs are struggling (Figure 8A). The first arm was reset due to struggle.

The backhand straight fist is similar to the forehand, except that when punching, the body turns right and the back hip presses forward, otherwise it will have no effect (Figure 8B). 1, pay attention to the complex trajectory and smooth operation. When many people practice straight boxing for the first time, their bodies vibrate greatly when they exert their strength, and they feel that their strength is very fierce and fierce. In fact, most of their strength is consumed in mutual involvement, not sent out, and turned into themselves. In fact, a straight fist with excellent strength is very elegant and comfortable. The whole punching process itself doesn't feel how hard it is (of course, it's not really hard), but it suddenly tightens when the punching is in place. Therefore, when practicing, we should carefully understand the trajectory movement and reorganization of the body and hands, and whether the transmission of power is smooth and comfortable, from the body to the hand.

2. Details of shoulders and hips. When the fist is in place, the corresponding shoulders should be tied forward and sunk, and joint support should be strengthened, combined with hip shaking and hip swinging. When the fist is delivered forward, the hips should be tightened, and the knees should be supported. When the fist is delivered backhand, the knees (hind legs) should be cut off. On the whole, the shoulders and hips fit well.

3. Pay attention to the turning point of posture. When you swing forward, you should have the power to turn back, that is, when you shake the towel, the tip turns in place. From the side, the strength of the body is an S-shaped peristalsis process, running from the abdomen to the arm. The turning point between the body and the arm forms a struggle again. (1) Move the straight punch. On the basis of completing the straight punch, the front foot slides out half a step, and punches at the same time, and the front foot brakes reversely, and the back heel, that is, the full force of the straight punch.

The hind foot crosses the front foot, and combined with the straight punch, if necessary, it can be directly changed to the low position and the front leg to advance (Figure 9), and the lower step can be made into a straight punch (Figure 10), which can be kicked up and down.

(3) Flash straight punch. The footwork is inclined forward, combined with the forehand straight fist.

2, the flower arrangement is straight. The straight fist of flower arrangement refers to the continuous attack of left and right hands alternately. Stand according to Figure 5 and practice repeatedly in the order of forehand, backhand and forehand. Practice alternately left and right, requiring three punches to be completed within 1 second.

The straight fist of flower arrangement attaches great importance to the density of rhythm. How to make the rhythm faster? Pay attention to forehand half-out, backhand half-out, forehand in place and backhand half-out; Back handstand, miniature forehand and wrong wrist, that is, back hand chasing forehand, so as to get up quickly. At the same time, the posture should be coordinated. The posture is to shake forward and the hips should shake horizontally. Flower arrangement doesn't need heavy punches, but it must be fast. If there is a sudden storm, there is no room for breathing.

3. Straight punch. Holding your knees with both hands is a stroke from outside to inside on the basis of a flat back. The trick is to tuck the other hand, that is, the left hand tucks the other person's right hand and the right hand tucks the other person's left hand, so tucking the other person's one hand is equivalent to tucking both hands.

In practice, the forehand is closed and then the forehand punches, combined with the front foot movements (Figure 1 1), and the forehand punches with the back hand closed and combined with the crooked steps (Figure 12). 1, surprise attack In street fighting, you can directly attack each other with a straight fist without warning. This mode can be used for the first attack and the second attack.

3. Flash. For the late attack method, for the opponent's direct attack, my front foot moves horizontally, and I can directly win the opponent with a straight punch. For safety reasons, you should open the back of your hand to protect your face.

4. Beat. On the other side, like his own shelf, he plays with his back hand and his front hand; On the other hand, the shelves are opposite, the front hand is folded, and the back hand is hit, always folding the other hand's opposite hand. The footwork is mainly front foot lateral movement and oblique step.

5. Shocked. Surprise attacks are mainly used for pre-emptive attacks, and the main forms are up and down pointing, left pointing and right clicking. For example, for the hand-held fighting style, I will kick him directly in the legs and knees with a side kick, and then punch him directly. As long as the rhythm is dense, it is difficult for opponents to survive. Sanda and Jeet Kune do have similar styles of play.

6. Fight back. Also known as the midline attack, that is, going straight to meet the opponent's offensive and hitting the enemy halfway. This requires strong insight, the ability to act together and some resistance.
