In the pressing process, the solid wood multi-layer board is made of veneers glued vertically and horizontally and pressed at high temperature and high pressure, which not only has the advantages of stable structure and difficult deformation, but also reduces the use of adhesives. In the production process, polymer glue is used. After high temperature and high pressure, the PVC is sealed around, and the formaldehyde content is reduced, so that the formaldehyde emission of the board reaches the environmental protection standard, which is green and environmentally friendly.
The solid wood multilayer board adopts multi-layer veneer, which has very good structural stability and is not easy to deform. It solves the deformation defect of solid wood board that is easily affected by dry and wet weather from the internal stress, so the waterproof and stability of solid wood multilayer board are very good.

(1) Look at the surface layer: the multi-layer solid wood floor consists of two parts: the solid wood surface layer and the solid wood base layer. The quality of the surface determines the beauty and service life of the floor. The surface layer is made of selected high-quality wood after drying, degreasing and curing. There should be no decay, dead knots, wormholes, cracks, skin inclusions and other defects on the surface, but for small slipknot, the color difference should not be too high, because this is the natural attribute of wood.

Thickness: The thicker the base, the stronger the floor strength, and it will be stronger after paving. For a good base, every millimeter increase in thickness will increase the cost per square meter by more than ten yuan.
(3) Look at the paint: The paint quality on the floor surface directly affects the service life of the floor. In PU, UV and other floor paints, wear-resistant paint is most suitable for the characteristics of multi-layer solid wood, which is more convenient to take care of.
(4) Look at moisture content: In Wenzhou, the moisture content of multi-layer solid wood floors is generally 5%- 14%.
(5) Look at the bonding performance: the bonding quality directly affects the effect and service life. When producing multi-layer solid wood flooring, it is made by gluing and hot pressing. The bonding quality can be reflected by two performance indexes: impregnation peeling and bonding strength. Check whether it is environmentally friendly. In addition to smelling whether there is pungent smell on the spot, you should also ask the merchant to provide the product inspection report. The most important thing is to choose the brand floor, so that you can find the responsible person when there is a problem.
