Jingjiang Wangcheng is located on the west bank of Lijiang River in Guilin, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and is the official residence of Zhu Shouqian, King of Jingjiang in Ming Dynasty. It was built in the fifth year of Hongwu (AD 1372) and completed in the twenty-fifth year of Hongwu (AD 1392). There are the best-preserved Ming city walls around Jingjiang City.
Because Jingjiang Wangcheng is located in the central area of Guilin, there is a saying that "you can know Guilin by looking at it all over".
