With the progress of the drill, the strength continued to increase and the boxing method became faster and faster. Every time we meet, we make enemies instantly. In the fourth year of Jianyan (A.D. 1 130), Song Wu returned from Hangzhou, and the Zen master taught him the guidance of boxing techniques. In the first year of Shaoxing (A.D. 1 13 1), the gate was established, and the Zen master recommended Song as the head of the gate. Therefore, Tong Yuan Zen Master is the ancestor.
It is said that from the first year of Shaoxing in Song Dynasty to the first year of Longxing in Song Dynasty (A.D.11~1163), Song Wu reigned for 32 years. Song Wu was born in Qinghe County, Shandong Province. In the first year of Shaoxing in Song Dynasty (A.D. 1 13 1), he co-founded the Meridian Gate with Master Tong Yuan at Jianfu Temple in Liugongshan.
The second year was headed by Gongsun Zhengmao, who reigned for 53 years, from the first year of Song Longxing to the ninth year of Song Jiading (A.D.1163 ~1216). Gongsun Zhengmao is a monk in Erxian Mountain in Jizhou. In his early years, Mu Wusong became famous and his desire to learn from the teacher failed. In the twentieth year of Shaoxing (A.D. 1 150), Gongsun Zhengmao went down the mountain and returned to the secular world. Finally, he worshipped at the Wumen Gate and studied martial arts with his teacher. In the first year of Longxing (A.D. 1 163), he took over as the head of the city.
Zhang Ziliang, the head of the third generation, was in office for 22 years, from nine years in Jiading of Song Dynasty to two years in Jiaxi of Song Dynasty (A.D. 12 16~ 1238). Zhang Ziliang was born in Fanyang, Zhuozhou. At the end of the Jin Dynasty, people were besieged on all sides, and all over the country recruited troops to protect themselves. More than a thousand people entered Yan and Ji, called the citizens to stop water, wait for boats and rafts, and take fish from the Changpu River to be self-sufficient. There are so many people gathered that it is difficult to accommodate them. Zhang Ziliang led tens of thousands of people from Dingxing and Xincheng to Dongping to make a living. When the meridian gate was full of vital qi, Zhang Ziliang and others were accepted. In the 9th year of Jiading in Song Dynasty (A.D. 12 16), Sun Zhengmao, the head of the second generation, wanted to take Zen as Tian Zhaoxing's successor, just as Liang Zi came to surrender. Tian Zhaoxing made many concessions, and his kind nature won the admiration of the public, so he was accepted as the third generation head of Jianfu Temple.
Li Tan, the head of the fourth generation, was in office for 48 years, from Yuan 2 to Yuan 2 (A.D. 126 1~ 1309). Li Tan practiced martial arts since childhood, and studied under the Meridian Gate Wencheng III. After the Ziwumen mutiny in the second year of Song Jiaxi (A.D. 1238), Tian Zhaoxing III was in charge for 23 years, and Li Tan took over as the leader in the second year of Yuan Zhong Tong (A.D. 126 1 year).
Jiang Hong, the head of the fifth generation, was in office for 2 1 year, from the second year of Yuan Dynasty to the first year of Yuan Dynasty (A.D. 1309~ 1330). Jiang Hongzi Qingyuan, born in Yongnian, Guangping,/kloc-voted at the meridian gate at the age of 0/6, and worshipped his father's close friend Li Tan as a teacher to practice martial arts. In the second year of Song Jiaxi (A.D. 1238), after the Ziwumen mutiny, he left Liugongshan and moved to Hubei and Hunan, where he recruited talents and developed his disciples. In the 4th year of Song Jiaxi (A.D. 1240), recommended by Meng Gong of Song Dynasty, Jiang Hong led more than 50 disciples into the Southern Song Dynasty to serve as the chief bodyguard. In the autumn of the second year of Yuan Zhizheng (AD 1309), Jiang Hongfeng was ordered by Li Tan IV to take charge of the Meridian Gate.
Wu Jianxiong, the head of the sixth generation, reigned for 47 years, from the first year of Yuan Dynasty to the tenth year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (A.D. 1330~ 1377). Wu Jianxiong, a native of Xiezhou in Hedong, is a martial arts family. In the first year of Yuan Zhi (A.D. 132 1), Wu Jianxiong went to Lin 'an with his uncle to worship his ancestors and happened to meet Jiang Hong V. He was recommended by his uncle and became his teacher. In the first year of Shun Dynasty (A.D. 1330), Wu Jianxiong took over as viceroy.
Dao Yan, the head of the seventh generation, was in office for 59 years, from the tenth year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty to the first year of orthodoxy (male 1377~ 1436). Zen master Daoyan was born in a doctor's family named Yao in Changzhou. He studied the teachings of Tiantai Sect and three secrets of Tantric Yoga. After being ordained, he turned to admire Zen. Later, he studied Buddhism and martial arts in Liugongshan, and took over as the head of the school in the tenth year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (AD 1377).
From the first year of Ming Orthodox to the twenty-second year of Ming Chenghua (A.D. 1436~ 1486), Li Xuan, the head of the eight leaders, was in office for 50 years. Li Xuan, whose ancestral home was Huizhou, took refuge in Zhangde because of the war. Li's father, Li Dechang, is generous in aiding needy people, making friends with foreigners all over the world, and his disciples often live at the Meridian Gate. In the second year of Xuande (A.D. 1427), Daoyan of the Seventh World was in a weak position to study martial arts, and he succeeded to the throne in the first year of Yuan Dynasty (A.D. 1436).
Xizhu, the head of the ninth generation, was in office for 37 years, from 22 years of Ming Chenghua to 2 years of Ming Jiajing (A.D. 1486~ 1523). Master Zhu Xi is from Ye County, Shandong Province. When he was a child, his parents died and he lived on the streets. He was accepted as an apprentice by the eighth Li Xuan Lu Yu. In the late Batou period, Zhu Xi took over as viceroy, and in the 22nd year of Chenghua (AD 1486), he officially took over as viceroy.
Qiao Sen, the head of the 10th generation, reigned for 47 years, from two years of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty to four years of Qin Long in Ming Dynasty (A.D. 1523~ 1570). Qiao Sen's ancestral home and date of birth are unknown. He lived in Jianfu Temple when he was a child. He read the scriptures with the wizards, and was proficient in Buddhism and martial arts, especially in the Book of Changes. Jiajing took over as the head in the second year.
Guo Dongyang, the head of the 11th Congress, was in office for 42 years, from four years in Qin Long to forty years in Wanli (A.D. 1570~ 16 12). Guo Dongyang's ancestral home is Zhou Pu. His mother died when he was born, and his parents were told, so he escaped into an empty door at the age of seven, and in the fourth year (A.D. 1570), Qin Long took over as the head of the company.
Jing Cheng, the head of 12nd century, reigned for 38 years, from 40 years of Wanli in Ming Dynasty to 7 years of Shunzhi in Qing Dynasty (A.D. 16 12~ 1650). Jing Cheng, a native of Linqing, Shandong Province, studied martial arts with his grandfather when he was young. His father went into business and was framed by greed. Cheng usually landed in the east and threw himself under the meridian gate of Jianfu Temple. Wanli forty years (AD 16 12) took over as the head.
Tang Siming, the thirteenth viceroy, reigned for 223 years, from the seventh year of Shunzhi in Qing Dynasty to the twelfth year of Kangxi (A.D. 1650~ 1673). Tang Siming, a native of Taikang, Henan Province, was sensitive and studious when he was young, and especially liked martial arts. 12 years old, can drive a strong crossbow. His father and brother were both officials of the Ming Dynasty. After Manchu entered the Central Plains, he lived in seclusion in Taikang. In the 15th year of Chongzhen in the Ming Dynasty (A.D. 1642), Tang Siming voted at the Wumen Gate, taking the 12th Jing Cheng as his teacher, and took over as the head of the school in the 7th year of Qing Shunzhi (A.D. 1650).
/kloc-Zuo Quanyong, the commander-in-chief in the 4th century, was in charge of 19, from the 12th year of Qing Emperor Kangxi to the 31st year of Kangxi (A.D. 1673~ 1692). Zuo Quanyong's ancestral home is Tongcheng, Hubei, and his family is well-off. 12 years old became a monk in Jiugong Mountain. In the autumn of the second year of Shunzhi (AD 1645), Li Zicheng was defeated in Jiugong Mountain, and Zuo Quan was ordered to hide in the mountain. In the 16th year of Shunzhi, when the 13th Tang Siming visited Jiugong Mountain, he was recommended by Master Fengtian, and Zuo Quan accepted Tang Siming as his teacher. In the 12th year of Kangxi (A.D. 1673), he took over as the head.
Gong Tianxing, the head of15th century, reigned for 40 years from the 31st year of Kangxi to the 10th year of Yongzheng (A.D. 1692- 1732). Gong Tianxing was born in Xingyang, Henan Province, and his ancestors lived as silversmiths. My father fought with King Zhuang, but he was defeated and lived in Dongping. Tianxing also lived in seclusion with his father. /kloc-became a monk at the age of 0/6 and worked as a teacher in Jianfu Temple. In the thirty-first year of Kangxi, he took over as the head.
Xu Jing, the head of16th century, reigned for 44 years from the tenth year of Yongzheng in Qing Dynasty to the forty-first year of Qianlong (A.D. 1732~ 1776). The ancestral home of Zen master Xu Jing is unknown. He studied Zen and martial arts at Jianfu Temple in Liugongshan since childhood. 18-year-old Bai Jue is a Zen master, and Yongzheng took over as the head in ten years.
The17th session was presided over by Wuwei, which lasted for 45 years from the 41st year of Qing Qianlong to the first year of Daoguang (A.D. 1776~ 182 1). Wu Zen master's grandfather, Cha Siting, was an official examiner in Jiangxi during Yongzheng period and was unjustly killed. His eldest son died in prison and his family was exiled. His second son, Cha Shuxue, went to Jianfu Temple in Liugongshan, hoping to pay homage to the 15th Master Jue, avenge his martial arts teacher, become a lay disciple, and then marry and have children. His son's name is Cha Jidong. Dong studied martial arts with his father since childhood. At the age of eight, he worshipped the 16th Xu Jing Zen Master as a teacher and was given the title of inaction. He succeeded the patriarch for forty-one years.
Wang Shijie, the head of the 18th Central Committee, was in office for 57 years, from the first year of Qing Daoguang to the fourth year of Guangxu (A.D. 182 1~ 1878). Wang Shijie, whose legal name is Rongze, was born in Huaiqing Prefecture, Hunan Province, and was a martial arts family. He is famous for his 108 long fist. He grew up practicing martial arts and didn't like Buddhism. At the age of 65,438+05, he retired from Buddhism and worshipped him as a teacher to practice martial arts. Master Kong Yuan, the head of19th century, reigned for 49 years from Guangxu four years to the 16th year of the Republic of China (A.D. 1878~ 1927). Kong Yuan Zen master's ancestral home is Sheyang, Jiangsu Province, formerly known as Zeng Quan. Father Zeng Guangcheng, when the Taiping Army was in the Northern Expedition, was the Ministry of East Wang Yang. After the defeat of the East King, all of them took refuge in Lubei with their families. At the age of 65,438+04, he became a teacher with Zen master Rongze, and Guangxu succeeded him as principal for four years.
Qi Zhen was the leader of the 20th century, ruling for 60 years from 1927 to 1987. Qi Zhen, a native of southern Shandong, was robbed and killed by an enemy when he was 3 years old. He happened to be rescued by Zen master Kong Yuan and brought back to Jianfu Temple to foster a farmer in Pei Village. At the age of eight, Kiki traveled around the world with Zen master Kong Yuan. In the Republic of China 16 (A.D. 1927), he succeeded the headmaster.
Song, the head of the 21st century, has been in charge of the Meridian Gate since 1987. Song, a native of Liangshan, Shandong, was a famous martial artist in China. He studied martial arts at the age of 8, 12, and took Baiqi Town as his teacher. He once traveled all over the country looking for famous teachers. Because of his good use of leg skills, he was praised as a "warrior with legs" by his peers and enjoyed a high reputation at home and abroad.
China Ziwumen Kung Fu originated in Liangshan, Shui Bo, and is one of the most representative core martial arts schools in Liangshan. During the Xuanhe period of the Northern Song Dynasty, 36 heroes, led by Song Jiang, gathered in Liangshan, Shui Bo. According to legend, after fighting, they often practice martial arts with each other. After repeated discussions and drills, their kung fu is getting deeper and deeper. After the evolution of Lu, Yan Qing, Shi Qian and Lin Chong, the prototype of Wumen was formed.
The reason why the achievement method is named Wumen Kung Fu is because the practice time is mostly at the cathode and anode at noon. The second is to practice the innate body to supplement the acquired essence, and practice the acquired essence to supplement the innate deficiency, forming the kung fu characteristics of complementary yin and yang and feminine masculinity. Since its establishment, Meridian Kung Fu has experienced a process of continuous enrichment and evolution. After the Ming Dynasty, Neijia Boxing gradually evolved into Woods Bagua Swimming Pile and Woods Bagua Boxing.
At the beginning of the establishment of Ziwumen, its purpose was to be loyal to the monarch and protect the country, and disciples actively participated in anti-gold activities. It is said that there are many disciples of Meridian Gate who are called "Shandong rebels" in the famous Yue family army. During the Yuan and Ming Dynasties, there was another legend that Ziwumen disciples actively participated in the anti-Yuan and anti-Japanese war. It is said that Zen master Zhu Xi, the ninth monk of Shaolin Temple, bravely led all the monks of Faxing Temple in Liangshan to fight against the Japanese. By the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, Meridian Kung Fu gradually turned from keeping out the cold and enemies to fitness, self-defense or sanatorium, and gradually became a folk mass fitness activity.
China's Meridian Kung Fu has a long history and is extensive and profound, including internal skill, hard skill, lightness skill, unarmed combat and various weapons. There are nearly 100 kinds of boxing, more than 70 instrument routines and more than 30 sets of internal skills, which are an important part of China Wushu.

10. Arrow fist. The combination of arrow and fist, the use of hands and feet, both internal and external, is fierce and changeable, and it is difficult to break the defense.

Dongping boxing. The rumor of Dongping Boxing was spread by Dong Ping, a general with two guns in Liangshan. When practicing this fist, he first practiced it with sandbags, and then practiced it with his bare hands. It is practical, both internal and external, and his hands and feet practice together. If he practices this skill for a long time, he can defeat the enemy in an instant.

He has read widely all his life and is proficient in hundred schools of thought such as Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. During the reign of Song Huizong, Zen master traveled in eastern Shandong. It is said that the evil monks of Jianfu Temple in Liugongshan colluded with the local ruffians to oppress the good, and the Zen master went to the temple to retain the abbot and expel the evil monks to rebuild Buddhism, which was deeply loved by people from all directions. In the first year of Xuanhe (A.D.119), Song Guang recruited heroes from all over the world, gathered water margin to rob evil and help the poor, and heard that the monks in Jianfu Temple in Liugongshan were skilled in martial arts and had the virtue of being good at life. So he sent Zhi to the temple at night, saying that Zhi Yuantong was his brother and had a long talk with him in his early years. Peter said to discuss with Song Jiang and Song Jiang, and Song came to inquire after him. Song Jiang, Lin Chong, Yan Qing and other leaders also paid their respects several times and wanted to invite them up the mountain to join the partnership, but they were all rejected. However, in case of court suspicion or encirclement and suppression, Song Jiang personally went to the temple to discuss with the Zen master. In his spare time, he also sent all the leaders to the temple for advice on Wushu, and the Zen master gave instructions according to his own temperament. Because shanzhai heroes often gather in temples, Liugong Mountain is called the north gate of Liangshan.
