1. Bushen tea: put Polygonatum 5g, Ginseng 5g, Lycium barbarum 10g, Yam 10g, Arillus longan 10g, Morinda officinalis 10g, etc. Put it in a teacup, pour a proper amount of boiling water, soak it for 10 minutes and drink it.
2. Wuzi Bushen Tea: Put 50g of Lycium barbarum, 50g of arillus longan, 20g of Chinese yam, 20g of almond and 20g of chrysanthemum together in a teacup, and pour appropriate amount of boiling water for soaking 10 minute before drinking.
3. Danggui Gouqi Tea: Put 5g of Danggui, Lycium barbarum 10g, and appropriate amount of rock sugar into a teacup, pour in appropriate amount of boiling water and soak for 10 minutes before drinking.
4. Hu Aishan Ginseng Tea: Put10g of Hu Aishan and 5g of ginseng into a teacup, pour appropriate amount of boiling water, soak for10min and drink.
