Dali Nursing Vocational College is a full-time public general higher vocational college at the level of medical and health specialty, which was approved by the Yunnan provincial government, filed by the Ministry of Education in March 20 16, and passed the qualification assessment of talent training by the Provincial Education Department in June 20 16.

Its predecessor was Dali Health School in Yunnan Province, which was established in 1953. After more than 60 years of running a school, it has developed into a medical and health vocational college with the advantages of nursing optometry technology, health management, TCM health care and rehabilitation treatment technology.

College development:

The college pays attention to deepening multi-level open education and international exchanges and cooperation. Actively carry out cooperation projects with Chengde Vocational College of Nursing and Sangria Institute of Technology in Australia; Explore cooperation with southeast Asian and south Asian countries such as Australia and Japan to cultivate nursing talents; Cooperate with German, Japanese and other countries and Taiwan Province Province, Hongkong and other regions in rehabilitation, health management and optometry personnel training.

Efforts will be made to build a nursing education and training center with certain influence in Southeast Asia and South Asia, a training center for nurses going abroad in Yunnan Province, a training center for technical and technical talents in the fields of rehabilitation, pension and health preservation, and a training center for senior optometry professionals, and actively build a broad platform for international cooperation, school-enterprise cooperation, integration of production and education, teacher training and international student training in colleges and universities.
