What are the feeding equipment for marine fish?
First, the aquarium for ornamental fish in seawater.

The specifications of marine fish tanks are larger than those of freshwater fish tanks, with more water capacity and higher height. The specifications of aquarium for family viewing are: 70 x 35 x 45/ cm, 130 x 55 x 65 cm, 160 x 65 x 65/ cm, 180 x 65 x 70 cm. The specifications of the aquarium on display are: 150x60x90cm, 200x60x90cm, 300x90x90cm, etc. Marine fish aquariums are mostly made of glass with a thickness of more than 10 mm, and silica gel with strong colors such as gray, black or brown is used as adhesive. Transparent silica gel is sometimes destroyed by algae or other organisms, resulting in the loss of adhesion between glasses.

PVC pipe network needs to be laid at the bottom of the aquarium, and there are evenly spaced meshes or gaps on the plastic pipe. The pipe network connects two mechanical pumps with the same specifications and is placed opposite each other. Laying filter plates with round holes on the pipe network, and then laying plastic mesh cloth. Finally, coarse sand and fine sand are spread on it, thus completing a device for simulating the ebb and flow of natural seawater in the aquarium. Two mechanical pumps are connected to a timing switch. When the mechanical pump works, seawater is pumped into the pump from the pipe network at the bottom of the box, and then flows out of the pump to form flowing artificial seawater.

Generally, the timing switch can be set to 6 hours, one pump is turned on every 6 hours, and the other pump is turned off at the same time. The artificial seawater in the aquarium will rotate every 6 hours, which is the particularity of the seawater aquarium. The power of these two mechanical pumps has certain requirements, and the pumping capacity of the mechanical pump is required to reach 4-6 times of the seawater circulation in the aquarium every hour.

Second, the circulating filtration equipment

The filtration equipment in seawater aquarium is divided into two types: in-box and out-of-box, and the out-of-box filter is generally used. The filter outside the box can be large or small, and can be placed in the vertical cabinet at the base of the aquarium or beside the aquarium. The mechanical pump is used in the filtration system, and the whole circulating water is required to circulate 2-3 times per hour.

Three. light units

Small lighting equipment in the aquarium includes metal halogen lamps, fluorescent lamps, mercury lamps and coral lamps. According to the length of the aquarium, it is equipped with lights of different specifications, which are placed on the top of the aquarium to avoid touching the seawater, and it is also hung 40 cm above the aquarium. The irradiation time of light is 8- 10 hour per day.

The power of metal halogen lamps is 150W and 250W, which can produce strong light band, medium light band and weak light band in the aquarium. This is the most promising marine aquarium lamp. Fluorescent lamp has better light, which can produce medium light band and weak light band in aquarium towel. The power of mercury lamp is 80W, 125W, 250W, 400W, etc. It often hangs above the aquarium. Coral lamp is a kind of lamp suitable for marine invertebrates. It can be divided into blue light and fiber light, which can increase the color of invertebrates such as corals and have good ornamental effect.

Fourth, heat preservation equipment

The heat preservation equipment in the aquarium can choose stainless steel or titanium alloy electric heating tube. Large aquariums have large water capacity, and heating lines can be laid at the bottom of the aquarium. Generally, small and medium-sized aquariums can choose commercially available 100-300 W electric heating tubes and fix them at both ends of the aquarium. In hot summer, when the water temperature is close to 30℃, cooling measures should be taken, such as equipped with refrigerator or air conditioner, or packed with machine-made ice cubes in plastic bags, sealed and put into aquarium.

Five, water quality testing equipment

The quality of seawater is complex, and there are many factors that affect marine fish in seawater, such as specific gravity, pH value, hardness, temperature, nitrite content, iron content and so on. The specific gravity of seawater can be measured by hydrometer, which can be divided into floating hydrometer and liquid hydrometer. The floating hydrometer is a sealed glass tube. There are lead particles at the bottom, which can float on the water surface and directly read the specific gravity of water.

The hydrometer is a plexiglass box. Fill the tank with seawater to remove bubbles, and the pointer points to the specific gravity of water. The PH value of seawater can be obtained by using an electronic pH test pen. The hardness, iron content and nitrite content of water can be measured by special test reagents.

Six, protein separator

Also known as foam separator. It is based on the principle that the surface of air bubbles in water can absorb all kinds of granular dirt and soluble organic matter mixed in water, and a large number of air bubbles are generated by an oxygen increasing device or vortex pump to purify the seawater passing through the egg door separator. All these bubbles are concentrated on the water surface to form bubbles, which are collected in containers on the water surface, become liquid and then be destroyed. Protein separator can effectively remove organic particles, protein and harmful metal ions. Extracted from water, the water purification effect is good.

Seven, carbon dioxide supplement equipment

There is a dynamic buffer system for hardness and PH value in seawater, which can keep the water quality stable. When the pH value of seawater drops to 8.0, the method of supplementing carbon dioxide can be considered to keep the buffering capacity of water quality stable.

There are two ways to supplement carbon dioxide in seawater: one is to directly input gas by using a carbon dioxide reaction generator; Secondly, using calcium reactor, gas carbon dioxide reacts with water-insoluble calcium carbonate to generate water-soluble calcium bicarbonate, which increases calcium ions in seawater, maintains the stability of hardness and PH value in seawater.
