Another reason of Water Margin is that the characters such as Song Jiang and Lu Junyi in the novel are too servile, which not only harms them, but also brings their brothers into the ditch. Although they have the nickname of timely rain, in fact, looking at the whole outlaw hero, Song Jiang is a merciful Lord, and he still puts his own interests first. We know that Liangshan once arrested Gao Taiwei. If there is a little friendship, Lin Chong should take revenge. Lin Chong made great contributions to Liangshan. If Wang Lun had not been killed, Classical and Wu Yong could not have established themselves in Liangshan, so according to the idea at that time, Classical wanted Lin Chong to be the leader just because of Lin Chong's personal character.

Another shortcoming of Water Margin is that it regards war as positive propaganda and advocates solving problems by force instead of wisdom. This may be the reason why there are "people who look down on the water margin", who are afraid to learn the values and world outlook here and use force if they disagree.

Dream of Red Mansions

As for A Dream of Red Mansions, it used to be banned for fear that young people would learn badly. In fact, there seems to be no such concern now. Nowadays, TV plays and novels are far more profound to men and women than A Dream of Red Mansions, but their literary value is incomparable to other books, especially Cao Xueqin's imitation of poems written by many people, which is amazing.
