The practice of five-grain porridge

Ingredients: black beans, red beans, black rice and peanuts10g each, 20g of rice, 5 red dates and 800ml of water.

Practice steps:

Wash black beans, red beans and peanuts and soak them in hot water for more than 5 hours;

Wash red dates and remove the core for later use;

Wash rice, black rice and red dates and put them in a porridge pot;

Put the soaked black beans, red beans and peanuts into the pot and pour in clear water;

Press the porridge button, cook and stew for a while, it will be softer and more sticky. Tastes better. You can add sugar according to your own taste when simmering.
