Yijinjing Sutra of Shaolin Buddhism is one of the earliest exercises of Shaolin monks. After thousands of years of practice, it has proved that it does have the benefits of health preservation. According to legend, Yijinjing was synthesized by Dharma, the founder of Mahayana Zen in Shaolin Temple, according to the experience of monks from all walks of life. It was translated into Dharma in the Song Dynasty, published publicly and spread all over the world. "Yijinjing" uses luck and strength to practice limbs outside, so it says: "A yogi can gain flesh and bone marrow by practicing both inside and outside." Scholars of all ages believe that practicing this skill can closely combine the spirit, body and qi of human body. Through gradual and persistent exercise, the five internal organs, the twelve meridians and the whole body can be fully conditioned, the yin and yang and Yang Can can be balanced, the muscles and tendons can be relaxed and activated, the metabolism of human body can be adjusted, and the physiological functions of various parts can be enhanced, so as to achieve the purposes of strengthening the body, fighting epidemics, resisting premature aging and prolonging life.
