Prepare raw materials

Tremella is soaked in warm water.

Peel longan, and split jujube into two parts to remove the core.

Add enough cold water to the casserole and add tremella to boil.

When the water is about to boil, add red dates and longan.

Simmer for about 30~40 minutes.

Before cooking, add about 30 grams of rock sugar and appropriate amount of medlar, and cook for another 5 minutes.
