(1) Modified Crane Ear Cave Decoction

Indications: Pollen produces fluid and clears away heat; Asparagus and Ophiopogon japonicus nourish yin and produce fluid; Scutellaria baicalensis and Anemarrhena asphodeloides clear lung heat; Huanglian clears stomach heat; Radix Rehmanniae nourishes kidney yin; Radix Adenophorae tonifies qi and produces fluid. The combination of the above medicines can clear away lung-heat, moisten dryness, promote fluid production and quench thirst, and give consideration to stomach and kidney.

[Prescription] Radix Rehmanniae 30g, Radix Ophiopogonis 15g, Radix Asparagi 10g, Rhizoma Coptidis 3g, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae 10g, Radix Trichosanthis 30g, Radix Adenophorae 20g, raw lotus root juice 60ml, and Radix Scutellariae 10g.

[Usage] Decoct with water. Pollen is a traditional medicine to treat thirst and should be reused.
