The four key parts of sunbathing "replenish energy" for the body.
If you combine the meridians of traditional Chinese medicine when you are in the sun, you can often play a better health care role. Generally speaking, we should focus on the following four parts:

1, sun's head tonifies yang.

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that "the head is the head of all yang", which is the place where all Yang Qi converge, and the essence of the five internal organs and the qi of clearing yang in the six fu organs all converge at the head. Baihui point is located in the middle of the head (passing through the midpoint of the connecting line between the two ears) and is the focus of sunbathing. You don't have to stay in the sun at any time, but any time is fine. When the weather is fine, you can go for a walk outdoors, let the sun shine all over your head, and you can replenish the yang along the pulse.

2, Sun callback qi and blood

The abdomen is yin and the back is yang. There are many meridian points on the back, which can regulate the qi and blood of viscera. Pay attention to let the sun shine directly on your back when you are in the sun. When the old people exercise in the park, they can turn their backs on the sun. The length of time is your own, and comfort is appropriate. In addition, there are two major acupoints on the lower back, namely Mingmen and Shenshu (located in the middle of the lower back respectively). If it is convenient, you can lift your clothes and let the sun shine on these two acupoints, which can replenish kidney qi. Or you can rub your hands and rub your parts when you are in the sun.

3. Dry your legs and feet to remove the cold.

"Cold starts from the feet", and people who are often prone to cold hands and feet are mostly yang deficiency. In this case, it is better to dry your feet to drive away the cold in your body. Patients with old cold legs can hang their legs in the sun in summer, which can well drive away the cold of their legs, accelerate the absorption of calcium and help prevent osteoporosis. When drying your legs, you should choose good weather and dry them for at least half an hour at a time. When basking in the sun, you can massage Zusanli (the four horizontal fingers below the front and outside of the calf and the knee), which is of great benefit to anti-aging and longevity.

5. Drying your palms helps you sleep.

People's palms are rarely sunburned, so "special care of palms will have a good health care effect." The most important point in the palm of your hand is Laogong (natural fist-clenching, the tip of the middle finger). Pressing this acupoint has the effect of clearing away the heart and calming the nerves. The way to dry your palm is simple. Open your hands in the sun and face the sun, or raise your hands and face the sun. Regular palm drying can relieve fatigue and promote sleep.

To choose a good time to bask in the sun, you must avoid the time with strong ultraviolet rays. Take off your hat and gloves when you are in the sun and try to show your skin.
