Make the wood material stable and not easy to crack and deform. Due to the characteristics of wood, the dryness, humidity and temperature of piano in storage environment will change.
It will directly affect the use function of the piano.
2. Paint:
The wooden part of the piano shell is sprayed with unsaturated polyester material, so humidity, dryness, too high or too low temperature will affect the paint.
Smooth finishing, even reduce its tensile strength, elongation at break, bending elastic modulus and so on. , resulting in paint surface cracking, paint stripping and other phenomena.
In particular, the paint is not suitable for the environment where the temperature suddenly drops and the temperature rises.
3. Metal part:
Piano fasteners and many accessories are made of metal. Although the surface of metal material has been treated, it is in the wet ring.
Metal surfaces (especially metals) are prone to oxidation and corrosion. Good quality strings, in order to ensure the high definition of their pronunciation, their surfaces are not
Therefore, special attention should be paid to moistureproof after any treatment, and the strings should not be touched by hand.
4, piano action part:
The keyboard and its related parts (such as silencer, string beater and hammer) are made of pure wool and more wear-resistant animal materials.
Made of leather felt. Although these materials have been treated with moisture-proof and moth-proofing, the felt will expand and moth-proofing in a humid environment.
Phenomenon. When the piano is in a humid and dry climate (especially in winter), the following matters must be paid attention to during transportation, storage and placement:
(1) Temporary parking for transportation and storage in outdoor environment. If the temperature is lower than 0℃, it is necessary to stop when moving the piano into a room with heating equipment.
Leave it for 24 hours before unpacking.
(2) Because there are bright metal parts and strings inside the piano, as well as a precision wooden movement with felt, it is necessary to prevent the metal parts from being damp.
Rust, felt swelling, expansion and deformation of wood parts lead to sensitive attenuation of action parts. Too dry storage environment will cause cracking and deformation of wooden parts.
Therefore, the indoor temperature and humidity should remain relatively stable. The general ambient temperature is 20 ~ 25℃ and the relative humidity is 40 ~ 70%.
In the case of high humidity, put a moisture absorber in the piano or install an electric heating tube to reduce the relative humidity. It can be put on a dry piano.
The water tank evaporates water to prevent dryness. Be careful not to put the piano in front of the electric heater or radiator.
