What is directional culture?
Directional training refers to the students who have graduated and have a work unit through the contract at the time of enrollment, and the training expenses during their study period are provided by the state to the training unit according to the prescribed standards. (Training fees can also be paid by one party as stipulated in the contract).

The purpose of directional training students is to enable remote areas, industries with hard working environment and units in urgent need of some talents to allocate a certain number of graduates, enhance the planning of enrollment and graduate distribution, make the training work more targeted and achieve greater social benefits.

Benefits of directional culture:

Job security is a big problem for college students. Due to the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities in China, the phenomenon of high academic qualifications is very serious, so the employment of college students is generally not ideal. If students are trained in a targeted way, they will not have to worry about finding a job after graduation.

The internship is convenient. Generally, orientation students will be arranged to practice in a company that has signed an orientation training agreement with the school, and the company will generally pay more attention to it because we are employees of this company.

There are many scholarships, and some can even pay less tuition. Generally, the company of directional training courses will set up scholarships independently to encourage everyone to study hard at school, and some companies will also pay part or all of the tuition fees or subsidize the living expenses for students.
