For the spleen and stomach, TCM health care has always been very important. In Huangdi Neijing, it is expressed as "the foundation of the day after tomorrow" or "the source of qi and blood biochemistry". On this basis, later physicians put forward the theory that "those who get stomach qi live".
The health care of the spleen and stomach is also very important to our daily health. Generally speaking, if a person has a strong spleen and stomach and can eat and drink, his health will not be too bad. If a person's spleen and stomach are weak and his diet is reduced, no matter how good he is, he will not get better.
First, the combination of work and rest:
Neijing holds that "the spleen governs thinking" and even says that "thinking hurts the spleen". If a person thinks too much and has a heavy mental burden, it will affect and weaken the spleen's transport ability, and there will be symptoms such as loss of appetite, bloating and dizziness.
Most people will have the experience of thinking more than eating, just like when they are in a bad mood, nothing smells good.
Therefore, a key point of nourishing spleen is to avoid thinking too much. How to better avoid thinking too much, then we must do a good job of combining work and rest.
In other words, we should work hard at work, relax at rest, be nervous at work and let go at leisure, so as to relax ourselves to a certain extent and let our psychological burden be completely put down.
Second, massage the spleen:
1, Sanyinjiao point: Sanyinjiao point is located 3 inches above the tip of the medial malleolus, at the posterior edge of the tibia, and it is pressed with the left thumb, and the two sides are interchanged.
2, Tianshu point: located two inches next to the navel, put your hands on both sides of the abdomen, press the middle finger, and press clockwise.
3. Bai Yin Point: Located at the inner side of the toenail root, it can be rotated by thumb pressing, alternately left and right.
4. Yinlingquan: Located near the knee joint, at the lower edge of the medial tibia. Support your knees with your hands, your thumb will droop naturally, and your fingertips can rotate and press here;
5. Zusanli: located 3 inches below the external knee and outside the tibia. Press the friction with both thumbs, and the strength shall be subject to the feeling of acid swelling.
6. Gongsun point: located inside the foot, under the first bone. Press and rotate with your thumb, it feels a little sour, and there will be interaction between the two sides.
Third, diet and spleen:
The spleen and stomach are the "processors" of food, which are responsible for digestion and absorption. If you eat too much, it may hurt your spleen and stomach.
Therefore, avoiding food damage is the first priority of strengthening the spleen, avoiding uncontrolled eating habits, such as uneven hunger and irregular diet, and trying to avoid eating cold and overheated food and some spicy and thick food, which are all to be controlled.
In short, don't overeat, overeat, eat regularly and lightly, quit smoking and drinking, and pay attention to food hygiene.
1, suitable food:
Such as japonica rice, indica rice, crispy rice (scorched pot), coix seed, cooked lotus root, millet, yam, lentils, cowpea, grapes, red dates, carrots, potatoes, mushrooms and so on. Most of them can strengthen the spleen and replenish qi, strengthen the spleen and stimulate appetite, and promote digestion. You can eat more appropriately.
2, not suitable for eating:
Such as bitter gourd, cucumber, wax gourd, eggplant, water spinach, celery, amaranth, water bamboo, lettuce, day lily, persimmon, banana, loquat, pear, watermelon, mung bean, tofu, naked oats and so on. Most of these foods are cold and easy to hurt your temper, so they are suitable for eating less or even not.
If you have a bad spleen and stomach, you must pay attention to your diet. Try to eat less greasy food. You can eat some molasses gold in moderation, that is, chicken gizzard-membrane, honey, rock sugar, hawthorn and yam, which are good for your spleen and stomach.
