Life must be regular, drink some water in the morning to moisten your stomach, and pay attention to the choice of fruit types. Eat nutritious food, don't eat a lot at once, eat quantitatively every day. It is best to eat only one tomato or one cucumber at night. It would be better if we didn't have dinner. You can also drink a bowl of miscellaneous grains porridge.

Try to choose sugar-free snacks. I read a scientific literature, which said that eating sugar can easily accelerate people's aging, and eating less sugar can make people younger and younger.

I insist on exercising every night. I do aerobic exercise for one hour in the evening. I have been living like this for three months now. Obviously, I feel much healthier. I lost 30 pounds and I feel particularly happy.
