Electric kettles with various inner wall materials only step on the stainless steel qualified line.

We often hear about 304 stainless steel, also called austenitic 304. In China, the correct spelling is 06Cr 19Ni 10, while in Japan and Europe and America, it is generally labeled as SUS304 or 304. This kind of stainless steel has stable austenite structure, good corrosion resistance and processability, and is widely used in food industry.

304 stainless steel requires high content of nickel and chromium, which is the key to ensure that the steel does not rust. Generally, the higher the content, the higher the corrosion resistance of steel. According to GB/T 20878-2007 "Brands and Chemical Compositions of Stainless Steel and Heat Resistant Steel", the metal content limits of 304 stainless steel (06Cr 19Ni 10) are as follows: Mn is 0~2%, Cr is 18~20%, and Ni is 8 ~.

The test results show that the inner wall material of 12 electric kettle is all made of 304 stainless steel, which meets the national standard. It is worth mentioning that the content of Ni (nickel) in 304 stainless steel used in 12 electric kettle is low, which is close to the lower limit of 8- 1 1% in the standard, ranging from 8.00% to 8.22%.

In terms of noise, 12 electric kettle has little difference, and the sound is about 70 decibels. Royalstar, Hemisphere and Xiaomi have lower noise when boiling water, while Jinzao, Supor and Kochi have higher noise.

As for the shell temperature, the handle temperature of 12 product is below 30℃, so consumers can rest assured. However, in the temperature measurement of the shell, the temperature of Zhigao and Xiaoxiong is higher, so consumers need to pay more attention. If there are old people and children at home, consumers had better not buy a single-layer stainless steel electric kettle, because the temperature of the outer wall of the kettle is still high after the water is boiled.

1. Choose a reliable material, look for the words, and check whether the words GB 4806.9 or 304 are printed on the product packaging, kettle body and inner wall.

2. Don't use the electric kettle to cook and make tea. Because some temperature limiters of electric kettles judge boiling and stop heating by sensing steam, if food is blocked, the kettle may not stop heating and cause damage. If there is demand for scented tea and wolfberry tea, consumers may wish to consider products such as health pots.
