2. Stir-fry: add oil to the pan, stir-fry the shrimps until they turn pink, then stir-fry the Jiang Mo and onion, stir-fry the asparagus for about 1 min, pour the shrimps back and season with salt.
Second, stir-fry asparagus with mushrooms in oyster sauce ● Material: fresh mushrooms, asparagus, garlic
● Practice:
1. Processing ingredients: fresh mushrooms are washed and sliced; After peeling off the old skin at the bottom, asparagus is cut into oblique sections.
2. Start frying: put oil in the pan, add garlic and stir fry until fragrant, then add asparagus and stir fry for about 1 minute, then add mushroom slices and stir fry until the mushrooms are soft, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, sugar and a little water and stir fry evenly, then take out the pan.
Third, boiled asparagus ● Materials: asparagus, garlic
● Practice:
1. Processing ingredients: peel off the old skin at the bottom of asparagus, and then cut it into oblique sections. Sauce: Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce+1 tablespoon oyster sauce+1 tablespoon water into a small bowl and mix well.
2. Start making: boil water, add some cooking oil and salt, blanch asparagus for 2-3 minutes until cooked, then pour in juice, sprinkle garlic and pour in a little boiling oil.
