3. Wandering arthritis: the pain is uncertain, which can be transferred from one joint to another, showing symptoms in turn, and a few can also be accompanied by joint effusion.
Second, other symptoms
1, fever: the heat type is irregular, which can be slack fever, missed high fever or low fever. Generally speaking, high fever and arthritis above 39℃ are more common than myocarditis. The fever subsides naturally after 2~3 weeks, and it can quickly subside with aspirin.
2. Myocarditis: The patient has palpitation, shortness of breath and precordial discomfort. When myocarditis is serious, symptoms and signs of congestive heart failure may appear, such as sitting breathing, coughing pink foam sputum, and wet rales at the bottom of the lungs.
3. Annular erythema: About 2.4% of patients have annular erythema, which is a reddish annular glow with fading finger pressure, which can be fused with each other and mostly distributed in the trunk and proximal limbs.
4, subcutaneous nodules: often appear in myocarditis, the incidence is less than 2%. It is more common in the subcutaneous tissue of the extension side of the joint, with a slightly hard texture, no adhesion with the skin, no redness and inflammation.
5. Chorea: more common in children aged 4-7. It is caused by inflammation invading the basal ganglia. It is manifested as aimless and unconscious movements of the trunk or limbs, such as sticking out your tongue, squinting, blinking and shrugging.
