It is often difficult to sweet cook jam desserts for an hour.

Wash the red dates and remove the stones.

Pour Fructus Lycii, Fructus Jujubae and crystal sugar into a boiling pot in turn.

Add water, red dates and medlar.

Cover and bring to a boil, and simmer for half an hour.

Stir the cooked red dates and medlar into paste with a cooking machine.

Filter out the jujube residue, then pour it back into the pot and simmer slowly.

Just like boiling jam, you can turn off the heat when the jujube paste becomes sticky.

Put it in a clean container without water and oil and keep it sealed.
