What happens when you eat too many oysters?
1, suffering from gastroenteritis
You shouldn't eat more oysters because they contain two destructive pathogens: norovirus and Vibrio cholerae. Eating too much norovirus may cause gastroenteritis. Vibrio cholerae can cause high fever, septic shock, skin ulcers and blisters, and even fatal septicemia.
2. Gastrointestinal burden
Excessive consumption will lead to heavy gastrointestinal burden, indigestion and stomach injury. Oysters have high cholesterol content, so it is best to stay away from people with three highs. Moreover, seafood generally belongs to hair, and eating more does more harm than good. For the sake of your health, it is recommended not to overeat.
3, human side effects
Oysters should not be eaten too much. If you eat one or two oysters a day, it is enough to take zinc and selenium into your body. Excessive zinc concentration may be counterproductive and produce side effects. Therefore, don't eat too many oysters.
